[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really liked the look of this Five Ten Trailcross, but the fit was not made for my foot (to say the least). Too narrow, arch support was intense, heel area was tight as well. My foot is slightly wide but most my shoes are reg width so this shoe should've felt better on them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for narrow feet, bad for moderately wide feet I have moderately wide feet that fit into most shoes OK. For Five Ten the Freerider shoes fit me great with no pain but I wanted to try a more trail ready shoe. The soles are great, no issues on or off the pedals but after 3.5 hours of riding my feet felt like they had been in a slowly tightening vise. Three days later they still hurt! So I could only recommend these to people who have narrower feet.

I've already managed to crash my mountain bike and wedgey foot against a large rock and the shoes took the abuse like champs

Five ten trailcross cycling shoes Great quality, not too bulky, comfortable and will be great for the forest, gravel trails or even touring when I don’t want to be clipped in - so for more casual rides / walking off the bike. I had to size up half size to my usual Adidas trainers (Samba, Jeans trainers) Looking forward to wearing these lots :)

HOW to MEASURE
FOOT MEASUREMENT: Place a piece of paper on the floor, against a wall. Place your heel against the wall / on the edge of the paper and mark where your longest toe ends. Repeat this step with the other foot. Take the LONGER of the two foot measurements and refer to the size guide above to help determine your Five Ten shoe size. Please note the Foot Measurement info above is provided in centimeters.
