Well it's moved and pushing my ankle from the bottom, also to put that metal thing they just make a hole inside a shoe, just a little bit of mud going to make your legs wet and dirty.

Comfortable when required to ‘Hike a Bike’ even with a solid platform base which is great due to being clipped in. The Velcro Strap holds no actual benefit, however doesn’t cause any issues.

HOW to MEASURE
FOOT MEASUREMENT: Place a piece of paper on the floor, against a wall. Place your heel against the wall / on the edge of the paper and mark where your longest toe ends. Repeat this step with the other foot. Take the LONGER of the two foot measurements and refer to the size guide above to help determine your Five Ten shoe size. Please note the Foot Measurement info above is provided in centimeters.
