Last updated January 1st, 2020
Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Better than an air mattress, plush n' comfI developed severe chronic pain a few years ago and reluctantly sold my Thermarest Trail Pro. Camping has been out of the question. Worse, it kills me to sleep on air mattresses when visiting people inside. Travel and camping were out, and it sucked. I tried an Exped SynMat and some target foam, thinking it would be more portable, but it was just too wobbly. But then, I read about this pad, and had a chance to test out a version of it at a store. I was impressed! So I pulled the trigger on the wide version and lo and behold, it fits in my backpacking tent, a Big Agnes Copper Spur. (Yes, I'm gonna car camp in a backpacking tent...I didn't know I was going to develop this dumb condition and I'm not quite ready to cash in on a car camping tent yet...)
Anyway, it's the dead of winter. I've spend some time on this thing with my tent pitched in my living room and I like that it's very stable, substantial, wide, and comfortable on a body that just isn't. It feels like maybe I could actually camp again, which is really exciting. I'm looking forward to taking it to my parents house for Christmas and using it instead of the air mattresses. It's too bulky to take on a plane without committing to checking a huge suitcase (or maybe it could be a sole carry on)? But it fits fine for a roadtrip in my sedan.
I also might let my guests sleep on it...maybe. It's nicer than my full size futon couch.
Hot tip...the pump is a little weak. I'll probably go for a big Schnozzle to fill it up fast. Although I had to let a lot of air out...you can get this thing rock hard if you like, but it's comfier a little deflated.
It would be too painful to try to sleep outside without this in my condition. So if you're an outdoorsy has-been like me...trying to convince a skeptical spouse...or just have paid your thin-pad dues...this is the ticket.

Incredibly ComfortableUsed this camping once, as well as on a friends floor and couldn't be happier with the comfort. The self-inflation takes quite a while, but the included pump speeds things up without requiring much effort. Quite bulky when packed up, but well worth it for car camping. Can't really speak to the durability yet, but seems well build and sturdy

Best camp mat ever! This is by far the best camp at I’ve ever used. I didn’t even release what I was missing until I got this mat. Best night of sleep. It is larger to store, so definitely more for car camping vs backpacking. But will even become useful when people stay at my house and need an air mattress on the floor! This is more comfortable than a air mattress. The pump it comes with takes forever. I use my inflatable kayak pump and it is full in 5 min or less. Highly recommended

Wow!! This pad rocks!!Now before I begin...yes I know this is not a "backpacking" pad. But really it is just bulky, not heavy. Anyways....this pad is simply awesome! I am 5'10" about 220lbs and choose the long extra wide for real comfort. My hips do not bottom out on the ground or anything. It provided excellent insulation in cold temps. I mostly do car camping but really would just attach this thing on the outside of my bag to ensure a great nights rest while backpacking.

Love itI recently purchased this and I am looking forward to a great night sleep in the mountains this spring. We also have the double, but the weight difference between my wife and I had one peron one the ground and one in the air. The single will prevent that.

Amazing qualityI bought the Exped to replace my Thermarest foam pad. Even thought the pad is heat reflective it's not comfortable for someone who has back problems. The Exped is so easy to inflate with the provided inflator and the material feels like a mattress. I haven't had the chance to use it for camping yet but I did sleep on it at home and didn't wake up with my leg numb or lower back pain. My dog walked all over it and I was worried his nails would damage it but the material is so hardy. He ended up sleeping on it too which is great since he camps with us (dog approved!). Camping is going to be so much more enjoyable now. I love how easy it is to deflate and pack away. Totally worth it!
Hi there, how do these pads need to be stored in between trips? Rolled up or under a bed semi inflated?
Asked by: CBP4
Hello CBP4, I have a different answer to your question, the manufacturer recommends that you store this mattress unrolled with both the intake and the "exhaust" ports open, so that's how I store both of mine. I stack them under my bed when not in use. This mattress is very comfortable seems to be quite durable.

Are these the 2017 model that have the top loading stuff sack, or the previous model with the end loading stuff sack? In particular I'm interested in the MW that you have in stock..
Asked by: Bill
Hiya Bill, thanks for your question! The version we carry is the 2017 version. The stuff sack has a wide mouth side opening. The older end style stuff sack was discontinued after 2016. Hope this helps!

How does the comfort of the Exped compare to the comfort of the elevated (19inch) inflatable air mattresses that have become popular lately?
Asked by: Brian
Hi Brian, thanks for the question. To be honest, I would not even compare Exped sleeping mats with 19" thick inflatable mattresses; they are intended for much different uses. That being said, sleeping pad selection is extremely heavily influenced by personal preference; I for example do not enjoy super thick air mattresses and have never been able to sleep on them. I hope this helps!

Hi, do you make anything with dimensions that fit in suv's?
Asked by: KimH
Hey there!
I'm not sure if you are asking if Exped or if we (Moosejaw) make anything that fits in an SUV? Thing is, I have a sleeping pad that fits in my SUV, but I drive a beast. Not all SUV's are the same dimensions. My best advice is read the dimensions of the pad you are interested in and then measure your SUV with seats down. I can fit a queen sized air mattress when all seats are down! I'm pretty certain you can fit some things in yours once you flatten it all out
