Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

When will I get my stuff?
"Get it by" - For in-stock and ready to ship items, choose the your shipping speed at checkout to get your items by the "get it by" date. Your items will ship SAME DAY for orders placed before 3pm EST.

Great mattress, but don't let "duo" fool youFirst - super comfortable, good for 2 in a small 2-man. However, we are talking 2 in a small tent. You and your schmoopie. If you were thinking of using this as a 2-man air mattress for your spare room floor for when guests are staying with you, think again - it's just not big enough. That said, as for as comfort goes, my 75-yo dad slept on it on the floor for a week and said it was great.

Great padBought on sale and absolutely worth it. Huge upgrade over inflate/air only mattresses. A little bigger/bulkier, so definitely only for car camping or similar uses. Does not come with any way to inflate, and that is needed, so docking a star.

Sleep Like You're At HomeFelt like a mattress. Given you can adjust the air fill, the firmness can be adjusted. Versus the 10, the 7.5 can not be adjusted to be soft, so this would be more fitted for those that like firm mattresses in general. I gave it a 4/5 because the setup requires a pump which does not come with the mattress. It would be impossible to inflate by mouth.

The ideal sleep systemI purchased this in 2020 looking to update my sleep system. I can confirm it has REVOLUTIONIZED our sleep while camping. Exped makes fantastic and durable sleeping mats. The size is great for 2 adults, plus a >2 child in the middle. It gets a bit crowded when you add a second baby. It's very comfortable and is fairly compact for the overall size. Definitely worth the money and if you don't enjoy sleeping in your tent this will definitely change that. The only con is the size. Even rolled up, it is a significant size. Outside of that, it's been great.

Not quite what I was hopingI allowed the Mat to "self inflate" for over 2 hours and ended up having to blow it up by mouth since the pump on the box was not included(which was stated in the tiniest letters on the bottom of the box) and there was not self inflating taking place. Once inflated the mat was pretty comfortable. I'd only recommend with the pump

Comfy camping for twoI have used this sleeping pad on a two night camping trip and I'm so pleased with my purchase. After extensive research on double sleeping pads, I decided on the Exped Duo 7.5. It's easy to inflate and deflate and while it is bulky, it's not difficult to get back into it's sack when not in use. For this reason, it's perfect for car camping or even throwing out on the floor at home, but not realistic for back packing. I love the texture of the top fabric. I'm able to set up and take down by myself even with my small lady hands. I never felt the ground or needed to add additional air after initial setup, but my boyfriend said his hip did dig down a bit when he was on his side. There was plenty of room for both of us! I found the pad to be quite firm. When given the choice between firmer or softer, I definitely prefer a firm base, so that's a plus. That being said, I am interested in looking into an additional foam topper to put on top of this pad (I have chronic neck/back issues so I always wake up sore, no matter how good the sleeping pad is. I think some extra foam would help me here.) I definitely recommend this item!

Very comfortable sleeping padVery easy to inflate and a little more difficult to deflate but offers a very comfortable night’s sleep once you adjust the firmness to your liking. Obviously due to its weight this is not for much other than car camping or an extra bed for guests

Great quality and comfortableI bought this recently after hearing friends rave about their Exped. I was looking for a good mattress for 2 people, mostly car camping and local trips. As a side sleeper it’s hard to find something comfortable and I was also totally over cheap air mattresses that leak or go flat after a season.
This mattress fulfilled all my expectations. I can’t believe how easy it is to roll up back to its bag size. I didn’t have a pump so we didn’t add air but after leaving it to inflate for a few hours it was great. Having the pump to add a bit of air was even better when we used it a second time.
Great investment. The Moosejaw employee also told me they have fantastic customer service, while I haven’t had to use it, it was good to know and hear if something comes up in the future.
All around happy camper, literally. This will no doubt be used for kid sleepovers too!
What is the size difference between the medium and large?

I’m thinking about purchasing this for a gear rental service. The reviews tell me it’s very comfortable but I would like to know how durable they are. I’m concerned about guests returning them with holes. Also do you ship to Canada.

The Exped DeepSleep Mat Duo 7.5 Sleeping Pad uses 75 denier polyester on both the top and bottom so its relatively puncture resistant. That being said, you should still avoid sharp objects or claws around the pad.
