Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect solo tent Super light, real fast easy set up, deceivingly roomy. Good price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice little dagger Slight drip haven’t ruled out condensation. Likely I forgot to use provided breather vent. Also, not staked fully. Definitely. Get the ground cloth. Upgraded stakes/ropes are a must. Thing weighs more than they claim, but if you want something to sit-up-read/cook etc.. it’s a nice light weight option

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light weight and easy to set up Just what I was looking for to use while backpacking and bikepacking plenty of room for me and my gear .I am 5'11'' 190lbs and do not feel cramped in this tent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome little tent Just picked this little guy up and headed out on a week long trek. Six nights, six different campsites, three rainstorms and zero leaks! The front entrance was just big enough for my pack and boots to be under, and the tent held me(6'2" and 220 pounds) my pad, bag and pillow very comfortably. Light weight tent that packs down very small, and seems to be pretty stout.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to assemble Bought this as my first backpacking tent. It's very light, easy to put together and away, and it was durable against the high winds we experienced

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality I bought this item for my husband and he loved it. He said it is high quality and very light weight. He said the only thing he did not like were the stakes so he's buying different ones. Also very easy to set up. Actually spacious for one person you can sit up inside it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bang Buck Bicycles Had this 3 years now and it has handled all conditions well, from clear nights in the 30's to steady (not hard) rain to no-fly summer nights gazing at stars. Loads well on bike for quick trips to the state parks. I agree that better stakes help and lighten the load (w footprint in same bag, about 3.25lb). A breeze to set-up. Good size for me at 5'11", 185lb. Decent vestibule space. Great value!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A decade of adventures, and still going strong I bought my Spitfire in 2008 as the part of my first backpacking/camping gear. This tent has stood tall in coastal rain forests, alpine meadows, lowland lakes, the treeline of Mt. St Helens, and the high slopes of Mt Rainier (a friend borrowed it on their summit of the peak. The rain fly is a thing of beauty. On one occasion, I was with a large camping group during a torrential downpour. The next morning, every single tent had standing water, while my Spitfire left a diamond shaped dry spot when I packed out. A few things to note: It is not a large tent by any means. I am a large fellow myself, pushing on the wrong side of 300lbs, so the tent's interior fits me, some clothes on either end of my body, and any bugs that make it in. If space is what you crave, look elsewhere. Secondly, buy the footprint. It's not too heavy, and can roll nicely with the main tent body & rainfly. Next, (unless this has been addressed in the new model) the stakes do not hold up to multiple uses. You are best buying good stakes on your own. Finally, the OG Blue rainfly has discolored slightly over the years. The new look seems to address this (and I am a bit jealous of how slick the new scheme is). I've swapped out almost all of my gear during the past decade, but my Spitfire remains. And unless Eureka wants to trade my old for a new, I don't see my tent changing any time soon.
