Rated 5 out of 5 by from Liked it so much I bought 2! I bought one of these for myself. The first time I took it out I slept in the tent without the rain fly on so I could watch the stars. I put it up bymy self in 5 minutes and it was incredible to watch the stars until I fell asleep from the comfort of my new tent. My wife and son joined me the next night and we put the rain fly on because it got cold. The tent is sturdy, the zipper action is smooth, and it feels well put together. We really loved the doors on each side. This makes it easier for us to get in and out without stepping on each other. This is my favorite tent I’ve ever owned and it’s probably my 12th or 13th tent. I bought one for my Dad for Father’s Day, and he also loves his.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy, comfy, & bigger than expected a perfct little tent for our family of 4. the eureka midori was super simple to assemble (and disassemble), the erected tent feels solid/sturdy, and it is much roomier inside than I expected for a 4-person tent. the extra room or porch for the front/main entrance is a nice touch (if you prefer to keep your shoes outside and not have them get wet in case of rain). I would definitely recommend this tent for smaller families or couples who want a painless camping experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tent This tent has all the features I was looking for. Plus it works in the rain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks like a great tent. I bought this tent for a trip into the Bob Marshall Wilderness this coming summer. The quality seems to be very good and I like the fact that it seems to have quite a bit of headroom.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from General info Haven’t used it yet but a good deal for the price. If you put 4 sleeping bags in it will be shoulder to shoulder. Plan to use for 2, unsure if 80” cot will fit perpendicular to the door as walls slope a bit in. Upper portion is all mesh; need to use rain fly for privacy. Didn’t see any seam issues. Material is lightweight and a little tacky feeling on the waterproof bits. Better features than a Coleman tent (I wanted vestables for cooler/gear storage). I will probably get something more spacious for family camping (4) since this more towards car camping. Setup can be done with one person but making the top of tent connection to the poles is a little awkward.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What you expect I am happy with this tent. It's not the best I have ever owned. It's not even the best tent I own right now, but I bought it to bring along when I car camp with my lady, her daughter and out two dogs. The quality is fair, the design is nice and easy to use. The materials feel like you have to take extra precautions or you might damage the tent floor or walls. I bought a third party footprint to go under-neither. That helped ease my fears a a bit. Overall this is a great tent for the money, but maybe not a great tent compared to others out there.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Midori 4 person This tent is exactly what I expected. It is very spacious and light weight with ample room in the overhead storage space for your lights or gadgets if you wish. I'm very impressed by the poll system in the fly which creates a very roomy and easy to enter and exit vestibule

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the thing I have only used this tent twice since I got it but so far its preforming well. made it through a decent downpour nice and dry. This is the first modern tent I have purchased in quite a few years and I was surprised by the size of it. I got the 4 person tent because till now every time I got a tent a 4 person was a 2 person and a 2 person was a 1 person. overall very happy. The only issue and this is very small is that it could have come with a better stuff sack but It is not worth knocking a star off.

how does this tent handle 20 mph winds & cold nights? I will be car camping at 5000+ feet with windy & 40° or lower overnight temps.

Asked by: Joyce
Hey, Joyce. This Midori basecamp tent has these awesome guy points to help keep this thing rooted in some sudden gust ups. 20MPH wind is not terribly demanding on the poles and overall structure of this tent. Also the 40 degree lows is still within the range of a solid 3 season tent like this one. You should definitely be adequate with this tent in those conditions. 4 season tent would be a bit extreme (and possibly too hot)

what are the packed dimensions of this tent and is a ground cloth available?

Asked by: DaddyBoy
Hiya DaddyBoy, thanks for your question! The packed size is 7 x 21 inches. The footprint is not included. There is one available but it is out of stock at the moment. Sorry about that!
