Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

She loves itI bought this as a Christmas present for my wife and she loves it. It's very form fitting, yet warm on even the coldest days. Shortly after getting this, we experienced a cold front with negative Temps and negative 30 winds (F) and she bragged on the warth and comfort she experienced through that week. Money well spent!

Warmth and still stylishBought this for COLD, WINDY days in NYC and it did not disappoint. Also held up against the rain. My only issue was the hood was a little big and fell over my eyes but would still buy again.

Great insulated coatLove this heavier weight jacket. Living in NC we don’t get really cold weather often, but this jacket is so nice when it’s in the 30s and 40s. I was looking for something heavier than my North Face that I got from Moosejaw a couple of years ago. This is perfect! The hood is oversized and does fall over my eyes when I have it fully on. However, you can use the strings to tighten and keep in place differently if needed. I am 48 yo, 5’4” and about 145 lbs (34DD) and I like the fit of the large regular and can wear a sweatshirt with a long sleeved shirt underneath if needed. My north face is a medium and I can wear usually one good layer under it but that’s usually all that’s needed since it’s about a 50-60 degree jacket in my opinion. The cost goes just above my knees and the pockets are a little on the low side and I consider myself to have a little longer arms for my height. The slate color is gorgeous and I would buy it again. I hope this helps! I know all the specifics from other reviews helped me!

YES! SO GOOD- Measure Well and Buy with Confidence!I scoured the internet for reviews on this coat and other similar Eddie Bauer coats. I am a perpetually cheap person who finally wanted to finally "invest" in what I'm hoping will be a staple clothing item for many years. My main concern was fit due to some reviews indicating the sizing ran small. I no longer have a store in my city and I didn't want to have to mail in a return and deal with all that hassle. I definitely measured myself according to all the size charts on Eddie Bauer's website and I suggest you look at all body types in order to see if there is a size chart that works with your body best. I landed on the XL in the plus size category. I wear an XL size in most blouses for a looser fit but they would probably be in the "regular" category rather than the "plus size" category. I think I could have purchased the coat in an XL in the "regular" category but I wanted to make sure that I would be able to wear a vest or sweater underneath the coat and not feel restricted. The coat I purchased is roomy enough for me to feel unrestricted while still wearing a full outfit which is a necessity since this will be my coat for commuting to work as well as leisure, etc. I also knew I wanted a longer coat to cover my booty but didn't know if I wanted to commit to the length of the "Duffle" style from Eddie Bauer. This coat in the plus size XL does hit me at my knees and I am 5'6. The photo does not depict that length but while I did measure around my body I did not measure for length so I'm not sure if the size chart indicates that but it would be a good thing to measure if so. I was pleasantly surprised that it is longer than I expected because initially that was a reservation so if you're looking for a shorter coat you'll want to measure length as well as circumfrance. The quality of the coat is amazing and feels durable and lightweight. My favorite features that point to the spectacular quality of this coat are that the collar is super thick and luxurious as well as the super snug wrist gaiters that prevent any cold air from getting up your sleeves. I wondered if I would prefer the fur trim on the collar or not and honestly, I think the faux fur looks high quality and feels silky. I will be leaving it for now. The only cons I could possibly point out are that I wish there was an interior bungee cord to gather the waist a little to give yourself a bit of definition, the strings you can pull to tighten the hood do not come with a clip that will hold them in place so unless you're planning to tie the strings together in front of your face your hood won't stay tightened and finally, the hood is a bit big and it does fall over my eyes when I have it pulled up. All in all, it is truly a gorgeous coat and I am excited to wear it. "There's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothes" right?!

Love it! ComfortableI purchased this coat online in petite small at first. I'm 5'3 128lbs. When I tried some other ones in store for sizes, I didn't try petite, they didn't have any. So today I received it and it was perfect, however, it would be a bit tight if I'm wearing a thicker sweater under. So I went to the local store and tried regular S and M. M was bit too big, and loose around the waist and the back. So I opted for regular S. I actually brought with me a thick fleeced Columbia sweater for trying on purposes. I really love the comfort of this winter jacket! Last year I purchased Stadium one.. longer one, it was warm and great, but it wasn't as comfortable as this one. I've lost a lot of weight, and my older one doesn't fit anymore. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a stylish winter coat! I love that the hood can be tightly closed so the wind won't knock it off my head. I live in cold Iowa, so I was looking for something extremely warm, and this one is rated at -45 degrees. So that should keep me warm! Can't wait to wear it.

Thanks for reaching out! The Women's Lodge Cascadian Down Parka does not have an adjustable hood. It will just be the collar and hood with removable faux fur.

Great question! I asked out friends in the warehouse to take a look at this one and they confirmed that this jacket does have a two-way zipper and also has snap fasteners along the wind flap. Hope this helps!
