Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

"Get it by" - For in-stock and ready to ship items, choose the your shipping speed at checkout to get your items by the "get it by" date. Your items will ship SAME DAY for orders placed before 3pm EST.
"Oversized" - This means the item is large and can only be shipped using 4-6 Day ship speed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
"Freight" - This means the item is too large for standard shipping methods, and must be shipped by truck freight for an additional fee. Someone must be present to inspect, sign, and accept delivery, so we will call you to schedule delivery.

Great quality and cuteFull disclosure I did not keep this, but I wish I could have. I was looking for a lightly insulated fall/spring city coat with a little bit of rain protection. This is more like a heavy duty hiking coat. It’s very stiff and would take a lot of time to break in, and I thought the inside would be soft insulation but it’s plasticy weatherproof material (not cheap plasticy, just not cozy). But the style is so cute and I love the rust color. I’m 5’5, 150 lbs, and rather large chested thanks to breastfeeding, and Medium fit well with room for a layer underneath. I like the adjustable waistline as well, you can make it look more slimming. It’s a high quality coat for sure.

Material is DisappointingI really loved the look of this jacket and because the description said cotton/nylon i assumed it was going to be soft and comfortable. When it arrived I was so disappointed. It feels like stiff plastic and was not comfortable to wear. I love EB clothing but foe me this was a real let down. Returning and will contine the search.

Nice Jacket. Wish i could keep it.I really liked this jacket. Unfortunately for me, I had to return as the waist is too high in the Tall XL size. I would recommend this jacket to a friend with a short waist, as the drawstring waist is very high. Otherwise, I like everything about it, plenty of pockets, nice Hunter color.

DisappointedI have wanted this jacket for a long time and when I finally got it the quality was great. Unfortunately it does not cover my behind which was a big reason I wanted it. I normally wear a PXS but ordered the small thinking it would give me even more length to cover in the back. Its pretty short, leaving about 2-3 inches uncovered. For reference I'm 5'3 and weigh 116. I liked this style because you can cinch the waist. Quality is awesome though, and looks like it would last a lifetime.

Poor Design and FitThis jacket is incredibly disappointing. It looks nice and is of good quality, but the design is terrible for a woman's body. I'm 5'6 and 135 pounds and ordered a size small. The fit is straight all the way down with no slit in the back so unless you are shapeless, this jacket will fit nicely on the top but once zipped is tight and uncomfortable on the bottom. If I ordered a size up it would be too large. The fit and design of this jacket are just bad. I would not recommend trying it because even though they advertise "free returns", you will have to pay $7.00 to send it back. Not a good deal.

Great jacket for rainy days or any any cool day!I bought this Charley jacket in the medium indigo because it is waterproof, and thought it would be great to have for an upcoming trip to Ireland. I have had a few chances to wear it recently, and it is very comfortable, keeps me warm in fifty something temps, and I have received compliments on the attractive style and fit of the jacket. I am so happy with my purchase that I bought this jacket for my daughter as an Easter present.

Super Cute CoatThe coat arrived today and I am totally thrilled with it. I chose the medium indigo in size small. As is true with all of my other EB coats, I love everything about it. Great fit, color, style and superb quality. I couldn't be happier!!!
Hi Asker Onemanwolfpack, thanks for the question! While yes the primary material of this jacket is cotton, it has been treated with a DWR coating to shed and resist water on the face fabric and it utilizes WeathersEdge seam-sealing to make it waterproof. I hope this helps!
