The Deuter Transport Cover is backpack protection for airplane flights. If you're backpacking Europe or exploring a trail far from your home, don't be afraid to pack up your trusty pack. Once it is, you can then put the whole pack inside of this, fitting packs between 60 and 90 liters. Should straps and hipbelts won't take the damage and once you're arrive just open the zippered section. Raining? Use it as a raincover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked great for airline checked baggage Worked great for a long series of checked baggage flights. Like lock feature, pack up bag feature, and access to backpack straps feature best.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well Made We bought two of these to fit our 70 liter pack and our 85 liter pack. Both fit perfectly with room to spare. The cover is made very well, good material, and strong stitching. The cover itself packs down to a reasonable size, not too cumbersome and fairly lightweight for it's size. It held up great it transit to and from Europe, not a mark on our actual packs. My only negative is the handle placement was awkward, making it hard to carry the pack when the cover is on. Better handle placement and/or a removable shoulder strip would make this a five star product.

Deuter Men's Packs

Deuter technical and backpacking packs are offered in One Size for each volume, and feature an adjustable torso range. Please check the PRODUCT FEATURES and / or SPECIFICATIONS for the torso range measurements of a pack, and follow the steps below to determine your torso size.

Deuter hipbelts are adjustable to accommodate most any wearer.

HOW to MEASURE TORSO SIZE
1. Put your chin to your chest and feel for the big bone protruding on your neck at the top of your spine. That's the C7 vertebra.

2. Feel your hip bone, the top part of this is your iliac crest. Find the spot on your back that is level with the top of this crest.

3. Have someone measure the distance between these two points, following the contours of your spine.
