Will be returning both pairs.

I have searched for a pair of women’s convertible hiking pants in plus size that fit well in the waist and aren’t too long for a very long time. I had resorted to buying men’s pants in a larger waist (as men’s waists are not where ours are!) and shorter length but the legs aren’t flattering. Finally I found these and they are perfect! I’m 5’4” and the short length works well, especially since I can shorten more if I need to with the leg drawstring. And I love that the drawstring is on the inside! I normally wear a 20W but I feel the pants run very small and I was most comfortable in the 24W. Thank you Columbia for making clothes in plus size . Please don’t discontinue these pants!

Where does the waistline on these pants ride? At the waist or below the natural waist?
