Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO versatile I LOVE this coat, the fit is perfect, right on. The versatility is amazing, it's so cool. I live in Ohio and the weather is so tricky in the fall and spring, this is the perfect coat for that unpredictable weather, especially when traveling. It is super warm and waterproof so far. My only complaint is that the shell would be better off attached at the sleeves and the hood, both are not great at staying in place, but I don't care too much because the coat is so awesome. It's really flattering as long as you tighten the waist and the colors are cute too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It I bought this jacket a few weeks ago and really like it so far. Keeps me warm in cooler temps and I’ve worn it while it has been snowing and the outermost layer of the jacket does a good job keeping my dry. However this is not a jacket you would want to wear out in the rain for a long period of time since the vest layer is not waterproof. The different layers are really easy to take on and off. I ordered the gravel color and, like some other reviewers have said, it definitely looks more olive in person. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on this jacket and I feel like it’s cute yet functional.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect travel jacket -- very close I was looking for a casual but stylish 3-way jacket for traveling to unpredictable climates in the Spring, taking only my carry-on luggage. The Columbia Women's Jack of All Trades Interchange Jacket is pretty close to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to learn that, considering all of those layers, this jacket is very lightweight and transitions nicely from outdoors to indoors and season to season. I chose the color "gravel" which looks gray online but is a trendy yet classic olive color. I like it much better than I expected. Although the jack probably was made for hikers, I'm delighted that it is a stylish all-season, multi-purpose workhorse for all but dressy occasions. Each piece is highly functional. The outer "mini jacket" provides extra protection from the rain; removing it leaves a vest over the reversible liner jacket with raglan sleeves. The vest has a discrete pocket along the mid-back, great for storing its removable hood. With or without the liner, the cinched vest looks nice worn with sweater, ankle pants & booties. The liner has a ribbed standup collar (like a baseball jacket collar) and cuffs, and pairs well with jeans, and almost any t-shirt, sweater, turtleneck -- or as a topper for sportswear. One side of the reversible liner is black, the other side is red-black-gray plaid trimmed in black. All of the pockets are deep enough and accessible. I really think the jacket is well-designed. Still, I suggest three improvements: 1) The mini & liner sleeves separate when taking off the jacket, so I must remember to grasp the cuffs of both sleeves to avoid wrestling them. If they added a tab with snap inside the cuffs of the mini and a tiny loop on the cuffs of the liner, connecting the two would prevent separation. I appreciate that feature in my old tri-climate jacket. 2) The inner liner is a bit snug around my hips, surely a two-way zipper would remedy that issue. I'd simply zip it up a couple inches from the hem and it would look cute. 3) More colors, please! Pale yellow/Cream combo for spring, please!! The gravel (olive) was a pleasant surprise so I'm very glad I chose it. I almost chose teal because of the color combinations but thought the camoflauge limited my outfit choices. One reviewer thought the sleeves were too full and I think so too. But slimming them down could prevent wearing sweaters comfortably, so i would rather keep the full sleeves. Bottom line, I love this jacket and would LOVE to see an updated version. I hope it's taken to the next level of fashion envy!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from poor fit I really wanted to like this jacket, but the fit wasn't right. I'm 5' 1", ~160#, petite but curvy, and bought a size L (which is my usual size). The liner was the right size and I couldn't have sized down due to the fit at the hips--the liner/fleece was the only part of the jacket that really fit me correctly. I was swimming in the outer shell, which I would have used the most, and the vest. I kind of liked each component individually (aside from the outer shell looking huge), but together the whole jacket is bulky and unflattering, even with the waist cinched in. Also, the adjustment on the cuff barely does anything--the sleeves are about 3 inches too long for me (a problem I'm used to) and cinching the cuff didn't make any difference in the tightness/fit. The color was slightly different than I anticipated, too. I got the Gravel/Black which looked like it was dark gray with light gray when I saw it online. In person, the dark gray is a dark sort of army green. It's a nice color, just not what I thought I was getting. I'm giving it 2 stars because the way the pieces all fit together is awesome and very practical. The materials and construction are nice but the fit is just so off for me that I can't keep it (sadly).
