Arm holes are slightly small, but they actually aren’t that bad. I’m 6’ tall and an athletic build, went with a large, which is perfect.

I have several Columbia vests and they are all Mediums. So I'd say this vest is true to size. While I like bright colors, I think the name "Blush Pink" is misleading; the color is more like Neon Salmon or Nuclear Cantaloupe (names my husband came up with when he saw the vest). So be warned - its a loud color. Still trying to decide of I like the color, but I do like the fit and feel of the vest very much.
