Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

"Get it by" - For in-stock and ready to ship items, choose the your shipping speed at checkout to get your items by the "get it by" date. Your items will ship SAME DAY for orders placed before 3pm EST.
"Oversized" - This means the item is large and can only be shipped using 4-6 Day ship speed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
"Freight" - This means the item is too large for standard shipping methods, and must be shipped by truck freight for an additional fee. Someone must be present to inspect, sign, and accept delivery, so we will call you to schedule delivery.

Great Tent, but door needs some attentionWe got this tent to replace a large family tent (not a Coleman) that was getting old and leaking a ton when it rained. I had a smaller version of this tent and it always worked great, with the exception of the zipper on the door, which eventually broke, but only after many years of use. This tent is also great - it kept us bone-dry in the rain, has a lot of space for the family and the dogs, was easy to put up, and was easy to put away. The only issue I have is that the bar that supports the rain fly over the doors pulls the door so tight that the stitching was starting to pull out on the zipper on the first day of use. Again, the tent is great otherwise, but will be disappointing if the door becomes unusable so soon.

Excellent tent-fix zipperThis tent was life changing. I’m not a camper. I wanted something I could stand up in to get dressed and fit multiple air mattresses. Having a spot to run an electrical cord in and plug in a fan and coffee pot is amazing. I’m taking off a star bc the zipper is super annoying. It’s constantly getting stuck and you can’t zip/unzip one handed. I still love the tent and would recommend to anyone. Putting it together definitely took more than 5 minutes the first time lol. But set up/take down is super easy-once you get the hang of it.

Great tent[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 12 person skydive tent is pretty impressive. Its spacious size provides plenty of room for comfortable tenting. Very easy set up and tare down. The material is of great quality. I am confident this tent will last the numerous camping trips that are planned.

Very durable[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No doubt hands down the best weekend tent for my family. It didn’t take very long at all for myself and my wife to put this up. Our boys enjoyed the weekend camping experience and this tent made overnight so much easier. We didn’t have any rain but the ground was slightly wet from the day before and we didn’t even notice once inside. The inside heigh is great for us and made moving about unpainful.

big tent[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Coleman 12 person Skydome XL tent is massive. It is suitable to fit four queen air mattresses. The poles are pre-attached and set-up was uncomplicated. Even though it took longer than five minutes. It took twenty minutes to complete. The doors are wide to walk into and out of. Inside the tent there is a sufficient amount of pockets for arranging items and a room divider for privacy.

Bigger than expected![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tent is bigger than I expected it to be but it is a good thing! I am so used to tents that are small and compact and it’s just not enjoyable sometimes. This tent is perfect for our family when we go on a camping trips. My kids and my nephews loved the space! The height of this tent is pretty tall as well. We can all walk comfortably inside and don’t have to hunch down. Setting it up is very easy as well. The materials used for this tent are high quality materials. I highly recommend it for bigger families or groups.

Not Perfect but has it's Perks[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pro's: Has a separate canopy so you have the option of not using it during hot days or nights (it has a mesh covered roof). It's spacious, leaving you room for your supplies. Comes with a room divider and pockets for your misc. Plenty of headroom for most people.
Con's: Tent poles are attached to the tent complicating packing the tent back up. The mesh on this tent is not of heavy duty quality. Also I would prefer steel connectors as opposed to plastic.
