I actually prefer the regular cut to the high rise since I’m petite. These look and fit well though and are true to size. I purchased size 8 in high rise but size 6 in regular rise

The color is really pretty and neutral. They run a bit small around the hips so I had to return my usual 6 for an 8. They fit great with just a bit of room so I don't get muffin top.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE these shorts! Comfort, style, LOVE these shorts! Comfort, style, fit all exceptional. I'm in my late 50s so my legs are a little saggy and this 6" length is perfect to hide that. Also love the high waist. I'm 5'8" 148 and the size 10 fits perfectly.

These are perfect: the fit is comfortable, attractive and fitted w/o being too tight or loose, and the material is great. The colors are wonderful too. After reading reviews, I got these (the high rise 6") shorts in a 6, and I bought a pair of the regular rise 6" in a 4--both fit perfectly. I'm 5'9" and 133 lbs.
