They fit loose and in the legs, which I wanted. I would say that the waist has zero give, even though the body has some stretch, but I expect that to stretch a bit with wearing. Very cute shorts.

I'm usually an 8 or a 10 (larger on bottom, thick thighs) and got these in an 8 and they fit perfectly. I'd say these are pretty true to size but if in doubt size down. Will need to get another pair now! I was afraid they'd look too 'boyfriend style', aka shaped like men's shorts, but they're not.

I am 5'-7", 128 lbs, and based on other reviews, I got a size 4 for a perfect fit. I have worn them out yet or washed them, so I can't say if they will stretch or shrink, but I will line dry them just in case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy! Love these! Even though they’re corduroy, it’s light enough of a fabric to wear in the summer. I’m 5’7” 113 lb, and size 0 is good. If I wanted a snug fit, I would need smaller, though. I’ve already ordered another color!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great pair This is my third pair of these corduroy shorts. They are stretchy and lightweight and I get a lot of wear out of them here in OK. I find the lower rise more flattering than the higher rises that are so common in most pants/shorts. The site recommends that I take a size 10, which is the correct size for me in this style. However, in real life I more often take a size 12, and even in a size 10 these are loose at the waist.

I have several of the Oahu High Rise 10" short that fit great, I am older so I wanted to try the looser fit (Oahu 10" short) but these just fall off as the waist is "loose" too. I saw this comment before but assumed the waist would be the size for the short. Love the HIGH RISE 10" and colors.

I have the shorter version, and they run large. Does the longer version run as large? Or is it more TTS?
