  • Soft toe. Identifies non-safety soft toe intended for use in environments where protective safety toes are not needed or required
  • Electrical hazard (non-safety soft toe). Identifies secondary protection against incidental contact with electrical circuits of 18,000 volts or less under dry conditions. Non-safety soft toe EH styles meet ASTM F2892-18 EH standards
  • Storm defender waterproof breathable protection. These shoes are designed to be completely waterproof and to keep your feet dry in most types of wet conditions. A waterproof and breathable membrane is used to keep your feet dry but promote air flow and circulation
  • Fastdry technology lining. Fastdry lining wicks away sweat for comfort

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sharp pain inside ankle I bought these at my local ACE Hardware store a few weeks back. Trying them on in the store they felt great and looked great. On top of being real leather I made the purchase. After wearing them for the day I felt a sharp pain on the inside of my ankles and figured it was just part of the break in process. Now 2 weeks of use and the pain has not gotten any better. I'm going to have to sell them since I dont think you can return used boots…? Either way pretty disappointed in the comfort of these, I'm surprised there are so many good reviews since I never have pain with other boots, maybe the pair I got was a fluke.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Why Not 5 Stars? Clarksville, TN, during the 1970's, was home to two boot/shoe manufacturing companies. The most famous, Acme, went out of business in the late 80's, but was resurrected in the 2000's as Dan Post. The other for which I worked, went out of business, succumbing to international competition. I learned a bit about making shoes/boots from these folks during the 5 years of my employment. The wedge was not a thing then. Coming closes to that was the ""Vibram" outsole. Outside stitchdown or Goodyear welt made the only boots which were re-craftable.. Today this is still true. I mainly only purchase Goodyear welt products as a result. These boots are the most comfortable I've ever put on from the start. I find them impressive from fit to comfort to quality control This is the 3rd pair of boots I've bought from this site this year. Buy these confident you are getting a premium boot for a bargain price. Why not 5 stars? Time will tell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great solid boot I bought this boot for my hubby for Xmas last year he loves them. Still wearing them. Holds up well. No signs of tearing and it's been almost a year. He beats them up really bad at work. The only boot I've found he foesnt destroy within 6 month. I've also bought the non steel toe one and they're still lasting just look bad from wear and tear. He works in a garage they get alot of gas and oil dropped on them plus God knows whatelse. Point being it's a great boot if your looking for one that withstands alot of abuse. Too bad this ones out of stock. Guess I'll look elsewhere. This year's Xmas present again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality Boot Going with 4 as these are new to me - had them for about 3 weeks - sizing was right on - the craftsmanship seems solid - leather seems to be quality - boot is very comfortable - took just a bit to break in the top of the boot - but after several wears is broken in and comfortable - they seem to stand up to some punishment and a quick wipe with wet towel and cleans right up - have not tried the waterproof ability yet - snow is gone - but seem to be a boot that I will have for many years - 4 stars because so new
