Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for me I like the low heel elevation, sock liner and minimal cushioning for HIIT classes that mixes running, cardio, and strength training, but the fabric is so stretchy, when doing moves like mountain climbers, or bear crawls, I have literally crawled right out of these shoes. This same thing happened when doing “shuttle run” sprints. I really wish Brooks would make a shoe specific for HIIT, some cushion, not too much, padded tongue, locked in heel, breathable, not so stretchy, and good size toe box. I have a history of Plantar fasciitis and switching to brooks, from Nike, saved my feet, this just isn’t the style for me.

The toe box has been altered so they press uncomfortably on the toe box. My daughter has tried them too and has the same issue. Also, the heal seems to slide around so they wear out on the inside of the heal. My favorite was the GTS 19 The sole, cushion and arch support are nicely made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great solid shoe! I ran for several years and then had to stop due to health concerns and had only ever worn NB 880 V7s. It's been 5 years and now that things are better I am starting my running journey all over again. The NBs are now longer in production and I had tried several other shoes that just didn't feel right. Most had too much cushion that made my feet feel like they were working too hard. I took the Brooks online quiz and was skeptical at first that it recommended the Levitate 6. Just by looks alone, I thought the cushioning was too much but wanted to try them since Brooks has such a great reputation. I can not explain how good these shoes feel. It's a great fit with a solid sole. Right off the bat, I felt steady, energized (my feet at least) and comfortable. So far, I'm completely hooked, 10 out of 10. My feet no longer feel overworked and I get excited about wearing them for training because I know they are something I can count on.
