I cannot for the life of me figure out how these neon yellow blotches appeared, but it looks awful. I'm hoping to chat with customer service for a refund or exchange ASAP.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Comfortable, Good Fit, but Straps Ride Up I love this bra. It is extremely comfortable and fits well. I have a similar Brooks bra I purchased a year ago that’s slightly stretched so I was a bit apprehensive about this purchase. I can feel this one stretching a tad but it’s still working well after several months of use. My only complaint/reason for four stars is that the shoulder straps ride up my neck. They will often show even when wearing a t-shirt. I lift weights and have some extra muscle on my shoulders so not sure they are pushing the straps up or if it’s just the design. It isn’t really a problem working out although I’ll sometimes readjust them to make more comfortable, but some days I wear it to work because it’s my most comfortable bra. I have to carefully pick out my top or wear a scarf to prevent the straps from showing. I know that’s not the bras purpose but bigolly I sometimes just want to be comfortable. I’d buy the bra again.
