Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Last updated January 1st, 2020
Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Best light gloves/glove linersThese are awesome light weight glove liners. Fit as excepted! I would recommend them. Love the light fleece liner. They fit well under waterproof glove/mitten.

GoodThese gloves work great for my intended purpose. I wear these for trail running in weather from 15 degrees to 40 degrees. These gloves do not cut it for 15 degree weather by themselves but they are not advertised to do so. These gloves really shine at about 28-40 degrees. They keep me hands warm and are pretty durable, I have fallen a few times and they have not ripped. The only deduction in stars comes from the gloves finicky touch screen capability, i would say it works a third of the time.

frustratingThe BD lightweight gridtech gloves suffer from the same frustrating issues as the midweight version. The fingers are slightly too long, the sensor pads don't work well, lack of finger grip, and overall warmth is lacking. Most of the issues are based on the pointer finger and thumb touchscreen sensor pads, which are too slippery and don't work very well. The sensor pads rely on your finger and thumb tip heat or whatever, so there is no gridtech on those tips, which defeats the insulation purpose and causes that finger and thumb tips to be colder. Since you normally use the pointer finger and thumb to grip onto things and to open things like a bag, you just can't because the sensor patches are too slippery and don't grip. BD also decided to not extend the silicone dots to the middle finger tip or the ring and pinky finger at all. So trying to do anythig requiring to a finger and thumb to grip isn't going to happen in the BD lightweight or midweight gridtech gloves. Frankly, I don't know why I bought the lightweight and midweight versions, since there is very little polartec weight difference and neither are going to provide much warmth as stand alone or even as a liner. I don't feel any difference between the two weights under a wind/water proof shell glove nor as stand alone. You can slightly feel the weight difference, namely in the cuff between the two. The plastic glove clips are absurdly large for these liners and probably weight more than the actual gloves. Plus the plastic clip is a bit odd when wearing under a shell glove, in which case I just removed it. The cuffs could be a little longer, although since you have to jamp your hand into the liners to align your finger tips to the sensor pads, the glove cuff area extends to where you'd want them to overlap under your jacket.

Mediocre Liner - Durability IssuesI have only used this liner a few times at the resort when the suns out and the temps are up, and after less than a full season of use there are holes in both gloves and multiple fingers. Liners definitely have a shorter life span than other gloves but these have some bad durability issues. Also the touch points rarely work on your phone, and the fleece doesn't provide much warmth or wind protection,. This might be a plus in some situations but I was surprised how flimsy they felt. Overall would not recommend and will continue trying liners to find the best one.

Best Liner GlovesI wear these when I hike 14ers in Colorado! Most mornings it’s about 30-40 F out. Just chilly enough that you want something on, but a running glove or anything thicker leaves you feeling hot and sweaty. These are thinner than they look in the photo, imagine very see through fabric, but they keep my hands from getting cold!

Great liner, but rather mediocre as solo gloveI bought these as a glove liner/ lightweight glove for touring. They work far better as a liner than an actual glove. When worn by themselves the GridTech material snags easily and quickly wears, and the thumbs are an awkward size. While all the other fingers fit nicely, the thumbs are about 1/2in too long (for me) making the touchpad/stylus patch on the thumb rather unusable. The patch of this material on the index finger became rather useless after slightly wearing down. You can see the wear on the touch pads and fraying of the fabric around the edges of my fingers in the photo, as well as the awkwardly fitting thumb.
As a liner, however, these gloves are great, they make my Hestras significantly more comfortable and warm, and are nice to have on when I need to remove my mitten.

Durable and reliable liner gloves.I destroy liner gloves. Three this year. Between velcro, sticky stuff (skins), clipping buckles, and general use I tend to wear through the fingers of gloves very quickly. These have outlasted any other thin glove options I've tried without being too bulky or difficult to use. I just bought a second pair as backup.
