The BioLite FirePit is a place to burn fire for a small group. Whether you're cooking or just enjoying the heat from the flames, this little guy delivers without the smoke. Capable of burning firewood or charcoal, you can adjust the fan to high, medium or low and get a range of burn times from 5 to 24 hours. Charge a phone, view the flames through the X-Ray Mesh, control the fan via Bluetooth. Fold the legs and take it on a camp trip, even a rain cover is included in case you need to shut it down and cover it up through the night.

FEATURES of the BioLite FirePit

  • USB Rechargeable Powerpack - 10,400 mAh pack can power your fire for up to 24 hours. Detach and recharge via USB or use Solar Carry Cover to trickle charge when not in use (sold separately)
  • 51 airjets inject the fire with oxygen along key locations. This creates a more uniform temperature and mixing of gases inside the fire which dramatically improves combustion
  • Folding Legs - Makes portability a snap. Combined with the Solar Carry Cover (sold separately), you're ready to go from the backyard to the beach in no time.
  • Grill Grate - Cook hibachi-style meals using the removable grill grate. Fuel rack adjusts to accommodate two types of fuel - wood or charcoal.
  • X-Ray MeshThe 360° viewing lets you see it all: glowing embers at the bottom, the gasifying wood in the middle, and the flames coming out at the top.
  • Bluetooth Integration - You can control that fan intensity right from the FirePit's powerpack or from your hand with the free BioLite Energy App for Android and iOS.
  • Burn time: 24hr on LOW, 10hr on MED, 5hr on HIGH
  • Included: FirePit, Rain Cover, Grill Grate, Fuel Rack, USB A to Micro USB Cord

Will this work in reverse where the fire charges the battery pack?

Asked by: Josiah
No the battery pack must be charged via the micro USB port. This can be done by using any USB power source, a standard wall outlet or the optional Solar Carry Case.

Is this suitable for deck use?

Asked by: Brian
Hey Brian, good question! This fire pit would be acceptable for deck use, just treat it the same way you would a grill. Make sure that the power pack is not on the "down-wind" side of the fire. I hope this helps!
