Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

This tent is light. Be careful with it.I use this in situations where it's too hot to wrap up in a bivy and it's buggy. (Otherwise I usually use a tarp shelter) Recently used this packrafting in Arizona. This tent is truly light, and that's what shines about it. Naturally, this comes at the expense of durability - but the cost was much greater than I anticipated. (Big Agnes, I think people would benefit this being made more clear in the description.) My first day using it, when I stuffed the packed-up tent in to my pack, I promptly pushed the tent poles straight through two layers of fabric... Thankfully it was just two stuff sacks - but that's the same material the tent / rain fly is made out of. It was a good warning. I've been extremely careful with it, and it's doing great, but I would NOT take this on longer, remote trips where durability is key and it's my only form of shelter. When the rain fly is under the tension of guylines and wind, it seems like a little poke could rip the thing in half. Big Agnes seems to have taken ultralight to the limit here, and there is definitely a place for it. I'm gonna keep on reaching for this in situations where weight is paramount and it would be okay if my shelter failed. I hope this review helps people better understand what they're getting into here.

Held Up to Weather Up HighCarried the Crazylight Copper Spur 2 Platinum up to 11,000 plus last week. Experienced high winds, sleet, and hail one night. Although the fly was pushed by the wind into the side of the tent, the system held together perfectly in sustained winds. Everything inside remained dry. As others have written, the fly zipper overlap fabric requires two hands to manipulate which was rendered even more difficult in blowing rain. One small concession for an otherwise terrific product.

Great for Humans, Bad for DogsI really love this tent. But my dog ripped a huge hole in it the third night we used it. Which was extremely disappointing considering the cost and that the images showcase a dog graphic. The non-mesh parts of the tent are very delicate and one of her nails just went right through the wall. So sad. Also, buy the footprint. This tent will not last without one.

My go to tent!I have used this Copper Spur 2 on numerous hiking trips and also Sea Kayaking trips. The balance between weight and space is fantastic. The free standing nature of the tent over many other's for the weight makes it a killer. Nothing else comes close and she is my favourite tent. I have had her in a number of storms (torrential downpour) and she holds up really well considering how light she is. Is she perfect? Not quite. I think the fly coming down just a little bit more would reduce splash in really bad weather and having tie outs that velcro back to the frame at both ends (rather than one) would increase her ability to weather through storms and strong wind.

The only thing I don’t love about this tent is that it tappers down to 43” at the foot. This makes it hard to sleep head to toe. It also means it won’t fit 2 25” mattress pads.

Awesome tent! Hiked the JMT and traveled to Patagonia...I super love this tent! I bought it last summer for a 21-day hike on the JMT. I did extensive research on all the lightweight and ultralight shelter options out there and settled on the Copper Spur because it is so light but still has all of the pros of a freestanding 2 piece tent. I used this tent on the JMT which was rad. The only downside I found was when it was subjected to heavy rain in those Sierra thunderstorms water/mud would splash up into the floor and sometimes get our stuff a bit wet. I tried different configurations for the fly and angle of where I set up the tent. Not sure if there is a way to remedy this but it wasn't too bad. I ended up taking this tent to Patagonia for a 3 month climbing and trekking trip. It is not the tent I would recommend taking down there due to the vicious winds, spiky plants (everywhere!), and general intense weather, but it was the only tent I had... However, it held up incredibly well (with careful placement and wind reinforcements) and I am super impressed with how durable it is for a lightweight fabric and pole construction. I have also used it for some car camping and shorter backpacking trips. Love this tent and would definitely recommend it!
