Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Last updated January 1st, 2020
Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Nice sleeping bagI initially really liked the colors of this sleeping bag so I bought it and was impressed when I got it by how well it packed down—especially being a double.

Perfect 2 person bag!Excellent bag for my partner and I to take on alpine adventures or car camping. I'm 5'3" and he's 6'1" but we both felt comfortable, had extra room, and stayed super warm (temps at 20s, but will obviously depend on your sleeping pad setup and other layers as well). Overall this saved us weight/space as well compared to 2 bags.

Warm and cozyWe used this the other day and it worked great. It's a little big packed up, but if you split the other loads between two people, you don't end up carrying more weight that two individual bags and pads. It probably got down to ~30F that night at 8000' in Lake Tahoe. We didn't use a rain fly and were plenty warm in the tent. We both used a liner, hers thicker than mine and it worked great. I had to even unzip most of my side.

Warm and toastyWe got this sleeping bag and was a little worried it might not pack down for backpacking. But we were wrong this bag packs down to just a bit larger then a regular backpacking sleeping bag. It fits well in my pack without bursting any seems and is warm. The pillow barn is pretty helpful with inflatable pillows. So far so good .. we do plan to camp/backpack in cooler weather but I don’t see that being an issue with this sleeping bag

Works great, but you recommended the wrong size pads.I purchased this for a backpacking trip next week. No time to replace the pads, and it appears as though the two pads won't fit together. The recommended pad size clearly says 2 x 20/25 inch By 72 inch pads will fit. I bought the 25 inch pads, and the opening is clearly only big enough for a 40 inch pad. What am I supposed to do with the extra 10 inches? Unless they can overnight new pads, I am SOL for this trip. Hopefully I can find them at a local gear store.

WARM - hard to believe!I bought this to use camping/backpacking with my husband. It beats zipping 2 big agnes bags together - about the same weight and it was nice to continue to sleep next to my heater (husband). It is not for the large or sprawling type of sleeper! The zipper takes some getting use to - to not get caught up in the fabric. By the end of the 2nd night we had figured it out. A little frustrating, but still like the product.
We used our regular Big Agnes air pads and had no problems with them slipping out of place. If you couple this bag with the Big Agnes Sleeping Pad Cover w/ memory foam - it makes for an incredibly comfortable sleeping bag. One point - having separate air pads allows one person to get up on the night and not disturb the other by the fluctuation in pressure on the air pad. We didn't think of that before, but glad we had separate pads.

So far so great...A couple weekends camping in the Midwest has proved the Big Agnes Cabin Creek to be a great sleeping solution for my wife and me. The overall ease of use and quality offers a sleeping solution equipped to accommodate varying temperatures and sleep preferences. The size is more than adequate for two, however, couple this bag with the right pad and you have an outdoor sleeping solution that rivals the most comfortable bed!

Absolutely dreamyOk first off, this bag is amazing. We took it camping the day after it arrived. Up here in the PNW it gets cold at night even during summer. This bag did it's job. My fiancee always complained that we couldn't ever cuddle since we sleep in two bags. She always freezes at night. I think honestly its her pad not the single bag she had. Anyways we tried it. Then dropped below 26° with a winds at about 15 mph. She slept snug as bug with me. I gave her my pad and she said the sleeping bag was one of our best purchases. Now I slept on her REI pad... it deflated 3 times through the night. Since the bottom of the bag is just a thin layer I froze. But honestly this is one of the best feeling and roomies bags I have ever owned. Now that I have it I am never giving it up. Since we are both on the Emergency Response Team with fema and do medical support for the wild fires we won't be able to take it with us since we deploy at different times. But I am getting the big agnes pads so that we can use them with the double wide and our own bags. She hates noisy pads so it's in between q core deluxe and q core slx. Don't know which one is quieter. But we hike everything in as well. So I have no idea. Anyways totally recomend it.
do you think a Klymit static V double insulated pad would fit with this? 74 x 47 x 3 in?
Asked by: lman
Thanks for reaching out! This sleeping bag will work with a 40 x 72 inches double wide pad or two 20-25 x 72 inches single pads placed side by side. Since the Klymit Double V measures at 74 x 47 inches, It will be too large for this bag. My recommendation is the Exped SynMat HL Duo Sleeping Pad. I included a link below. I hope this helps!

Does anyone know if this will work with the Exped Megamat Duo 10 medium-double size, which is 41” x 72”?
Asked by: chilimac
Hey there, thanks for your question.
The pad sleeve on the Big Agnes Cabin Creek 15 Degree Sleeping Bag fits a double pad that's 40"x72" or two 20"x 72" single pads side by side. So it's going to be snug, and you might have to let a little air out of the megamat to make it fit how you like.
I hope this helps!
