Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.

Still and Altra fan, but Torin 7 may not be for meHave two pairs of the Torin 6, and they are amazing. I felt the padding was more firm and the sole was stiffer on the 7. The shoe didn't seem to flex with your foot. I felt a little flat footed and my stride had more noise opposed to being smoother with the 6. There seemed to be a little less padding on outer edge of the heal as well. Either way, my feet fatigued after my run so I went back to the 6

Attn: Torin designers, prospective buyersI'm a retail footwear specialist at an outdoor supply co. The following is my own + customer feedback. The Torin 7 cuffs hit higher than the 6's and rub painfully on the lateral ankle bones (see photos for DIY fix). The shoe has a pronounced curved-last "Footshape™" that is not the actual shape of most feet, so the feet migrate to the outsides, causing pressure on the pinky toes and gapping along the big toes. The wide option is still narrower than many other brands. Most people who need wide shoes need width at the metatarsal heads, not at the tips of the toes. During runs, the yawning heel cuff design collects tons of detritus. RECOMMENDATIONS: use a straighter last to better fit more feet; redesign ankle cuffs to be lower and softer, similar to Torin 6; streamline bulky achilles cuff to prevent collecting debris; provide more structure to fix foot laterally; if you insist on making only 1 color available in wide, make it black/neutral, not Smurf blue, and ditch the silly wave-design engineered upper-we're not schoolkids; use less slippery laces that don't so easily come untied.

Well.....I'm giving up on Altra.It all started when I tried my first Torin 5 - so comfortable. Loved them . What a great shoe!!! Then got the Torin 6, which felt okay ish, but the outsole fabric 5 began detaching from sole. Very cheap. Now, I got the Torin 7 and the stiff collar cuts into ball of ankle. What a shame. Why the constant changing? Was so looking forward to the Torin 7 being a great improvement. Why did you make the opening rim so stiff? I guess it will be going back to Brooks and getting used to heel toe running again.

hoping fleet feet takes the returnthey improved the quality of the torin, but totally changed the toe box fit and feel. i wore a size 12 in the last torin, but 12 was too big in the new one. so i went with 11.5. which felt fine at the time. two shifts at work in them and i noticed my pinky toes were sore and seemed to be smashed into the sides. on a better not i got the rivera and their awesome so far.

Top notch!I love a low to no drop shoe and have run in Altras for many years. This version of the Torin is hands down my favorite Altra shoe yet! The fit, the road feel, the new tongue, the colors. Whether you've never tried Altra or been in them for a while (and are neutral), this shoe has it all! The real tell tale is every time I run in these shoes, I'm not sore and I recover quickly. Torin 7 is a big winner! Now if only the Escalante could be this shoe with a lower stack and a snappy spring on the toe off!

Fantastic ShoesI run 20-25 miles a week. I first purchased Torin 4.5s. I absolutely loved them, wasn't very happy when I purchased the 6s, they broke down quickly and seam separated on the sides after 200 miles. I still have my 4.5s.... These Torin 7s with the higher stack height feel so amazing compared to the 6's and the tongue being more comfy are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned. I have about 60 miles on them and I am very happy. We will see as far as durability goes but looking at the material on the sides I think they reinforced it. I purchased the Wides and they feel like Altras did a few years ago.

These are the best running shoes I've tried so farI was kind of sceptical of buying these shoes since lots of people complain alot about the Torin shoes and these were my first pair of Altra shoes but when I got them they were absolutely perfect they were comfortable very roomy in every part of the foot except maybe the midfoot but I do like a secure fit so I liked it other than that everything was fine the heel had enough room and the toe box had plenty of room and if I'm being really picky about these shoes the upper part of the shoe near the toe box is a little hard at first but my overall experience from everyday walking to doing long runs have been great(I have had them since they came out and ran over 100 miles in them so far).
