Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
Last updated January 1st, 2020
Opting-in to Moosejaw Rewards:
All users must accept these terms and conditions and create an account with Moosejaw to opt-in to the program and earn, accrue, retain and redeem Moosejaw Reward Dollars (MJ$). The program is FREE to join and membership is ongoing until or unless the user requests to be removed or is removed due to abuse of the program. Users can opt-in to the program while checking out on Moosejaw.com or at one of our stores or at any time within 30 days of purchase to accrue the MJ$ earned on that purchase. Once opted-in to the program, MJ$ will earn and accrue for redemption as described below until the MJ$ expire or the user leaves the program.
All information collected and used to facilitate the Moosejaw Rewards program is directly related to the program's ability to provide value to the customer. A customer opting-in to the Moosejaw Rewards program is a separate action from establishing a user profile as a result of making a purchase.
The program opt-in requirement was added on August 6th, 2019. Existing program members prior to that date must still formally opt-in and accept the terms and conditions to continue to retain, earn and redeem MJ$. Pre-existing program members that fail to opt-in prior to June 28, 2020 will be removed from the program, and any unused MJ$ will be voided. We really, really don't want to that to happen, so please opt-in or we'll feel terrible.
Leaving Moosejaw Rewards Program:
You may choose to leave the Moosejaw Rewards program at any time by logging in and clicking on the “Opt out Rewards Program” link within the My Account Summary page, Email, calling 877-MOOSEJAW (877-666-7352) or in-store with help from our employees. If you leave the rewards program, any unused MJ$ will be voided upon completion of your request.
Earning MJ$:
All items we sell are eligible with the exception of gift cards or other items specifically noted. Full-priced items earn 10% back while discounted items earn 2.5%. "Discounted items" includes items on sale or discounted via coupon code or use of MJ$. You do not earn MJ$ for shipping or tax charges, only from the item value. MJ$ expire two years after earning and are redeemed on a first-in, first out basis (in other words, we always use your oldest MJ$ that are closest to expiration).
Checking & Redeeming MJ$:
On Moosejaw.com, just sign-in on any page to see your available balance. Once signed in, you will see your available MJ$ and maximum that can be redeemed in the payment section of the checkout process. In stores, provide the email address attached to your account to learn your balance and apply to your purchase. We will also send you a monthly email that details your balance and other account activity. This is a transactional email that you will receive even if you are not subscribed to our marketing emails.
Bonus Rewards Promotions:
Every so often, we'll have special offers where you can earn bonus MJ$, like an additional 10%, 20% or 40% back. So if we are running a 50% back special offer, and you buy a regular-priced item for $100.00, you will receive MJ$10.00 in base points, and a bonus of MJ$40. These special offers may have a cap on how many bonus MJ$ you earn during the promotion, but you will always earn the base Reward Dollars. Make sure to check us out on our social channels for other ways to win some extra MJ$!
MJ$ on Gift Cards:
You don't get earn MJ$ when you buy a gift card, but you do get MJ$ when you spend a gift card. Sorry gift givers. You're welcome gift receivers.
Product Returns and MJ$:
If you return an item, we deduct the MJ$ earned on that item from your balance. If you used the MJ$ and your balance is less than deduction, then your refund is reduced by the difference.
Program Abuse:
The intent of the program is to provide our loyal customers with a way to buy great gear for less. Moosejaw reserves the right to remove any user from the program and zero out their MJ$ balance if Moosejaw determines that the user is abusing the program by buying for resale, attempting to game the program or any other reason at Moosejaw's sole discretion.
Are you Sure?
Our Rewards Program is completely FREE and easy to use.
By opting out, you forfeit all the Moosejaw Rewards Dollars your currently have in your account, which is basically throwing away free money. What would your grandmother say about that? If you're 100% sure, please click "OptOut" below.

Great shoesGreat shoes. I replaced my Olympus shoes with these and I love them. I have the green and orange and the colors are great. The only downside is the shoe laces are really short. I wear a 10.5 and have about 5 inches on each side to toe my shoe.

Great concept not durableOverall they had the right idea with the shoe but seemed this was just created to sell the more expensive BOA version.... Midsole is great...upper is comfortable but not durable by any means and the outsole is trash ...was quickly worn down by 100 miles in....not sure what is up with vibram as there more recent shoes breakdown hella quick. It's a shame this shoe could be a killer but it turns into a weekend shopping shoe after like ten runs. Don't know if Altra is struggling financially but there new shoes have the durability and shelf life of an avocado

Comfortable but started ripping after 45 days of useI work outside a lot and I walk about 10 miles a day. After 45 days or so of use the cloth on the toe started ripping and the tread wore down quickly. I will say the shoe are comfy.

I love this shoe and the foamThis is the best Altra shoe I've run in and I've been running in Altra since the start. I have no issues with durability or the heal. In fact, I've gotten more miles out of these shoes than any other pair of Altra's I've owned. This is due to the foam holding up really well. I wish Altra would put this foam in all their shoes. The Mt Blanc has become my only trail shoe.

Solid first iteration of a new shoeOVERALL- I've trained in 6 of the laced and 3 of the BOA version of the Mont Blanc. I'm an aspiring professional ultra trail runner and have completed 2 training blocks in these. Completed a 63 miles (70 mile for me since I got lost) trail race and currently at the end of a shorter "speed" block. The first iteration of the Mont Blanc is very solid. I think with some tweaks this shoe will compete with the main contenders in the ultra scene! Good - OUTSOLE- DURABILITY- I was skeptical of the lite base but they've proven durable. I'd get about 400 miles in my Hoka speedgoats and can get around 360-370 miles before they're not adequate for the technical trails. I usually use them for road to mile trail runs after that and they're great. - OUTSOLE- GRIP- This shoe has been great on the Southern California trails. I run pretty aggressive mountainous trails and have not had issues ascending or descending. I have limited experience with wet, but when running in rain, nothing has stood our as an issue. I will need further testing to confidently speak about wet terrain. - WEIGHT- For a high stack shoe, this doesn't feel it. It's light and not clunky when having to have quick feet out on the trails. When doing speed work I don't feel bogged down- this isn't a lightweight shoe but the weight distribution, especially when in the mid swing phase, feels very good. - MIDSOLE- I've been a fan of the new midsole compound. It's cushion enough to protect the feet for long run. It's also responsive enough to handle speed work on the trails. The stack height also provided great underfoot protection from large rocks/roots, etc. - UPPER- this is a double edged sword- hot feet are an issue for me. The light breathable material has kept my feet relatively cool. While the material is a bit lighter and doesn't have too many overlays, I haven't had issues with it tearing from snagging on brush. Needs improvement- I want to preface that these aren't bad per se but things that need improvement in my opinion - LOCK DOWN- tongue/lacing combo- because the tongue is very thin (good for breathability), tying the laces tightly, at least for me, hurts some spots on the top of my foot. I've gotten creative with lacing but thing a bit of padding for the tongue or flat laces like the Timp could be helpful. - LOCKDOWN- HEEL- I've seen many folks note the heel lock down isn't great. I agreed when I purchased my normal size 10. I have since sized down to 9.5 and it's a not a dealbreaker. I also tie a "runners knot" and it is much better. I do think this can/should be improved though. - UPPER- the stretchy material is nice for longer runs to expand with your feet but I find with lots of ascending and descending, the material stretches too much affecting the lockdown. I generally stop every two hours to retie the shoes (this is why I prefer the BOA). The Bad - DURABILITY- I've had 6 pairs and all have ripped by the big toe and the midsole at around 300-330 miles. Not sure why or what's up but that's the spot for me. I would love to get at least 400 miles on these shoes. I hope the upper can keep up with the midsole and outsole. - PRICE- If durability was a bit better or during my larger 100 mile weeks, my wallet starts to cry. I understand sourcing, investment into R&D, transportation, etc all play into this but I think a $160-170 might be more appealing??

No.. not this model.I have used Altra shoes since 2016.. This particular model did not work fer me..I wound up sending them back & exchanging them fer the new loan peak model. I wear them in the operating room where I usually walk 5+miles a day as a circulator. The loan peak program you got goin on there really works fer me!! Out of the box, every one of them fit like dream!! I have a pair I wear @ work only, & 3 different pairs @ home!! Nothing but good to say bout ALTRA the company!!

Comfy and feel great at firstThey are great out if the box! Feel grippy, fast and comfy but quickly get lose, sloppy and they just fall apart and disintegrate. I twisted my ankle because they don't hold foot in place. Disappointing

Worst Altra shoe I have owned! Horrible customer serviceI have only had this shoe for 2 months and the rubber on the bottoms is falling off! I emailed to get them replaced and they said it was Normal Wear and Tear? They have maybe 50-75 miles! Horrible!
