The Adidas Men's Terrex Free Hiker 2 Shoe is a hiking shoe for moving fast on the trails. Athletic in fit and feel, but it's all hiker when it comes to this lightweight shoe. The outsole grips changing terrain, while a soft gaiter wraps the ankle close, preventing debris from entering. A breathable, partially recycled upper keeps feet comfy and earth happy. All the way to the peak and back home in time for dinner.

These allow me to remove the insoles and replace with my custom insoles. They also have a nice tab to help me pull them up. The elastic around the ankle is great and very flexible for my custom orthotic brace.

Follow these easy steps to get the right size. For the best fit, measure your feet at the end of the day.

1. Step on a piece of paper with your heel slightly touching a wall behind.

2. Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper (you might need a friend to help you) and measure from the wall to the marking.

3. Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements with our size chart to get the right size.

For loose fit, go one size up.
