I used for the first time on an 11-mile hike with some climbing. The temp started in the 50's and ended in the 70's. These pants were perfect for the temperature change and I never sweated like in other bottoms. I will be buying another pair! I am 5'6", 134-136 lbs and bought a size 6.

WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
