The North Face Women's Upandover Triclimate Jacket is a waterproof insulated jacket that can be worn in more ways than one. The Upandover Triclimate is all about versatility, pairing two jackets together, or wearing each separately for a total of three useful jackets for various weather situations. The liner is all about warmth and insulation, a 30D nylon dobby taffeta outer fabric with 80 grams of Heatseeker insulation packed inside. Worn alone it can take on a dry, cool days, or zip it into the shell for ultimate winter snowball fights. The outer jacket is waterproof and breathable, so you can battle rain, snow, and sleet with the best of them. The HyVent 2L fabric has a subtle heathered woven look and will keep you dry without the clammy feeling on the inside. Worn alone it will work in fall, mild winters, and spring, but bolstered with the zip-in lining jacket and you're ready for a full-blown winter snow. The pit-zips release excess heat when you're getting too warm due to snowboarding, fort building, or other activities. Throw on the adjustable hood and cinch it down to protect yourself from the oncoming attack. Adults can have fun too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good casual slopes wear Pretty good coat and kind of cute, but I wasn't a huge fan of the material. While the outer layer was pretty soft but felt like it would keep water out, the inner layer wasn't super warm. I was kind of hoping for Patagonia nano warmth from the under layer... kind of unfair expectations considering! It just didn't cut it for me, but a completely fine jacket for people who ski a little or want it to wear around town. I don't think it's going to work on very windy/ icy/ rainy runs or in super cold conditions.,,I still gave it 4/5 because for the price, it really delivers a great product! It's a good bang for the buck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So cute and warm that I'm buying it twice. I gave this coat to my daughter for Christmas, and when she wore it to a party on New Years Eve it was stolen and worn home by someone else. So OBVIOUSLY it's a coat that draws much envy. My daughter was devastated that her new coat was stolen because it fit perfectly, looked trim and stylish on, and was perfect for Oregon coast weather. Since someone else is now wearing her "mild winter weather" coat, I'm ordering her a new coat - and she has requested the exact same one. There is nothing she would change about it or another coat she would rather have - it's perfect.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Color not as expected, but otherwise adequate I ordered the Greystone Blue Heather, and from the picture I expected the shell to be more gray. It actually appears to be navy. Otherwise I very much like the fabric of the shell and color of the inside layer. Warmth wise it seems like it would be adequate for most winter weather/elements though not the warmest I've tried on. I ordered a size up to allow for layers underneath and it fits very well. Overall I've decided to return this coat in favor of a down jacket just based on personal preference.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent but not as warm as I hoped The jacket came in a small bag package. At first, I thought it must only contain the shell but I found out that the shell and liner inside is actually very thin and light. It is great at what it says it does. It is waterproof and windproof but I was hoping it would be warmer. Due to the material of the inner liner, I felt like i have to warm up the jacket before I leave the house. It is very well insulated. The armpit zippers seem like a good idea but I would probably never use it because it just looks weird and it opens up to the inner liner.,,If you're hoping for a jacket that will get you through a bitter winter day, then this might not be a good choice. But if you're looking for a stylist, light, windproof, waterproof jacket, then this is perfect. I would say it's good for ~50 degrees F. It is very cute and flattering. My boyfriend actually loves how it looks on me. It's just not what I was hoping for in terms of warmth.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LIKE A WARM HUG I go to school at a very chilly area, and often when I wake for my 8 ams, it negative something. This jacket is so warm and cozy, and it comfy to layer. I never feel over heated in it and it's great for walking to class as well as hitting the slopes. The removable hood is awesome too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome jacket I got this jacket for about a month. It's a great one. At first, I'm afraid that is too yellow. But when it arrived, I really love it. It lights me up. It works excellent in 35F. Looking for this winter, when it snows. ^~^
