Rated 5 out of 5 by from Women's outer boroughs triclinate jacket I love it! The removable liner is awesome! Very warm...even without the liner in it. Repells sleet and snow! Fur on the hood is a nice touch and it is removable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well built Great jacket. Excellent in the snow and cold weather and also use just the linner when it warms up. The deals on The site are also a big plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features. Exactly what I was looking for in a triclimate jacket. Longer length and very warm. Will be taking it with me on a trip to Europe in April.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jacket-In-A-Box I ordered a nice warm woman's jacket for my nice warm woman. It came in a box -- quickly and neatly. Then I tucked it away for Christmas. How awesome is that? A red coat on Christmas, just like Santa.

What’s the difference between this and the regular Outer Boroughs Parka? Aside from this being two pieces, are they equally warm?

Asked by: Warmjacketwanted
Hey there Anonymous, Great question. The main differences between the two are that the Triclimate is a 3-in-1 jacket (liner zips out), and the regular O.B. Parka is one piece. The Triclimate has a removable hood, whereas the O.B. Parka has an attached hood. As far as warmth goes, the Triclimate has 550 fill down insulation, and the O.B. Parka has 500 fill down (slightly less, and minimal difference). The back length of the O.B. Parka is 38", and the Triclimate back is slightly shorter at 30". There are minor differences all around, but the warmth factor between the two is minimal. Hope this helps!
