Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turned me off to buying TNF again I bought these for a winter camping (at camp/not hiking) boot to also wear when driving to ski resorts. When I tried them on at home, I noticed that there was a tear in the outer lining. I hadn't brought them outside, yet, and brought them to TNF store where they said they would repair them. Turns out, TNF says that it's not covered under warranty. So after 8 weeks, I'm getting my boots back with the hole in place. I spend a lot of time in the outdoors and have never had a problem with Patagonia. They've repaired a ton of holes in worn out gear (within two weeks) and also offer advice on how to fix it myself. Patagonia truly stands by their warranty -- I don't see why I would ever need to buy another product from TNF.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing!!! I code long hours in my home office which is in the basement of my house. My feet are always ice cold and it doesn't help that i live in the North East. I purchased these and with a thin layer of socks, my feet are warm and toasty for 5-6 hrs of coding sessions. I've tried wearing them out in the yard and trips to supermarket and my feet stay warm. They don't have much support so i don't recommend wearing them for long periods of time. I wear size 8 and they fit loose for me which is great to pair with different thickness of socks. Highly recommended!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Note to previous/future buyers To those complaining that these booties "are uncomfortable" and "have no support", let me explain that these are BOOTIES. Back when TNF was purchased solely by Alpinists/Adventurers, "booties" basically meant heavily insulated socks with an anti-slip sole that one would slip on once in their tent/portaledge for the night that could also be used for quick trips outside. And that is basically what they still are, albeit they've become a bit "trendy". In short, they were NEVER designed to give "support" or be overly "comfortable" for walking, and that is what they STILL are. They are GREAT for insulation/winter camping/people with very cold feet at home; they will even keep the snow out if you cinch up the strap around your ankle....but they are not SHOES. Do TNF, yourself, and future customers a favor and understand what these things are before you buy them. Warm?: Yes. Quality insulation?: Yes. Quality materials/stitching?: Yes, so long as you understand that these were not intended to be SHOES. Water resistant?: Yes. Boots?: NO! Slippers (with a walking sole?): NO! Shoes?: NO! Awesome for what they are?: YES

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must buy!!! Lightweight and extremely warm! I work outdoors most of the Christmas season in downtown Chicago for the Salvation Army and I absolutely love these! Extra pocket inside if you want to insert a warmer, however haven't used this feature yet as the boots naturally keep me toasty and dry! A must buy!
