Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfy and Practical Love these Smartwool undies! Read about them on Outdoor Research Lab, tried them out, found them to be the best briefs I’ve ever owned. They do tend to get ‘holey’ fast, that’s their one downside other than price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from as advertised very comfortable, no odors, no shrinkage in wash. A better alternative to polyester underwear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A bit pricey, but good quality Good quality underwear, though a little expensive. I purchased this for cold-weather mountaineering as part of my layering system. It's very comfortable and adapts to both cold and warm temperatures well due to the material. It's a bit looser in the crotchal region than I usually prefer, but this hasn't caused any issues. Definitely on the pricey end for underwear, but then it's also high quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice Very warm and comfortable. A little shorter than I had hoped but not a big deal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best underwear ever! I thought wool would be too hot to wear, but these are the most comfortable underwear I own. They are comfortable and don't develop odor like synthetics. They wear well too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Last forever - Very comfortable - Never stink I bought a pair and liked them so much I bought 11 more 4 years ago and haven't worn anything other than those original 12 pairs since. After 4 years I just recently bought another dozen pairs and fully expect them to last as long again. Considering I wear them every day for everything it's the best money I've ever spent on underwear. Also, I love these things (and all Smartwool products) because they NEVER STINK! I do a ton of hiking and motorcycle touring (need to pack light) and I just bring 3 pairs of these and typically 3 micro 150 T-shirts. I take the dirty underwear/T-shirt off after a full day, rinse it and hang it to dry then put on another clean set to sleep in and wear that the following day. At the end of the day, rinse and repeat. You can do this pretty much indefinitely and I keep the 3rd set just in case. That allows you to go super super light on long trips without any sacrifice. Last but not least they are very comfortable in hot or cold weather. You can't go wrong with these =)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not worth the pennies I bought these just to try them, very soft and comfortable material but do ride up. Definitely not worth the $48 when you could buy 2-3 pair of the Under Armor Boxer Jocks that I feel are way better at staying put.
