Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Love it! Just bought it a few weeks ago and have already worn it. Got tons of compliments.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cozy if not flattering I got a S but probably should have gone with an XS, as I think this runs a bit big (I'm 5'10", 130 lbs). Sleeves are plenty long but it sort of looks like a maternity jacket on me due to the pleats, and the waist being a little short for my height. Despite it not being the most flattering sweater/jacket thing on me, it was just too warm & cozy to send back. It's quite warm, although it doesn't completely block the wind, and I find myself always wanting to pull it on for chilly mornings even just sitting around the house. Haven't had any pilling issues yet but I've only had it for a couple of weeks, so we'll see.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Coat Great coat! I love the comfortable style, yet it can be dressed up or down. My only disappointment is that I would call it charcoal, not black. Shipped quick!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wanted to love it, but...... Bought this several weeks ago. I have other Patagonia better sweater items that are great, but this one did not meet expectations. Has hung up for two weeks and still looks like it just came out of a bag, wrinkles will not hang out - soft material, not a tight weave. Unfitted styling, which is fine for layering.Going to return

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for a southern winter! This coat is lightweight and stretchy like a sweatshirt, but warm like a jacket! Perfect for a southern winter!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bought this a couple weeks ago and I am in love! Super comfy and the black goes with everything but the only problem is dog hair catches to it very easily so if you have a dog or cat I would invest in some lint rollers. I sprayed some scotch guard on it which has helped a lot, also.

What is the difference between the women's sweater coat item# 2528570 & item # 10252765?

Asked by: Debbi
Hey there, Thanks for reaching out to us! The Patagonia Women's Better Sweater is one of the cooler products we sell here. The only difference between the two you cited above is that the less expensive jacket is actually from an earlier season, 2014. The more expensive one is from 2015. That's the only difference! Hope this helped you out.

What is a good raincoat to go over this great sweater-jacket?

Asked by: Anna
Hey there, Thanks for reaching out to us! Because the Patagonia Better Sweater Coat has some length, you might consider an urban rain coat like their Torrentshell City Coat. There's their Duete Parka, but it has 600-fill power duck down insulation and might be a bit toasty come spring!
