The Patagonia Men's Quandary Pant is a nylon pant for hiking, working, and chasing after your kids in the park. The nylon fabric has 4% spandex built in so they move when you move for all day comfort, regardless of what you have going on. Articulation in the knee and a gusseted crotch promote movement even further, especially if you have to squat or kneel to grab a tool or a wriggling two year old. The durable water repellent finish and 40 UPF sun protection take on the weather for the days on the trail, allowing water to bead up on the surface and preventing harmful rays for hitting your skin. All the pockets you're used to on your jeans are available, plus a bonus zippered pocket at the right thigh. Tackle your favorite weekend activity with ease.

Products on Sale are Discontinued Styles or Colors.

Durable Water Repellant
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) is a coating that is applied to fabrics which makes them water-resistant, or hydrophobic. A DWR finish doesn't interfere with breathability, which makes it perfect for adverse conditions in the backcountry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Quality I bought these pants for my honeymoon in England and I'm very happy with the purchase. I wear 34-32 and the 34 regular fits perfect. I wasn't used to the slim fit at first, but it stretches/bends so they're very comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommended Slimmest, best fitting hiking pants I could find. Love em.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lightweight pants, on the slim side I've worn these pants on a couple of hikes since buying them a couple weeks ago. They're excellent. Ligweight, tough, and breatheable. They shed rain. For the cold weather hike, I layered silk long underwear under them, and they were fine. They are on the slim side. I am 5' 11" and 143 lbs, thin to begin with, and got a medium. For me they're comfortable, but if you're much heavier, you might want a a large.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great form and fit I'm 6'2", 190 pounds and ordered the 34 regular pants in ash tan. The fit is nearly perfect for me. The pants fit right on/just below the hips and the cuffs hit the top of my feet without too much extra material, but don't look like flood pants either. The material is soft to the touch, has a lot of flexibility, and breathes well. I gave them a shot here in Iowa during a 45 degree, windy January day and they were on the cool side with moderate trail walking in the woods. The material did hold up to abrasion against shrubs and woody understory. These pants will be great in warmer weather. Durability-wise, the material is lighter than my older Patagonia Tribune pants, but are almost equal in stretch.
