DWR tech

Durable Water Repellant
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) is a coating that is applied to fabrics which makes them water-resistant, or hydrophobic. A DWR finish doesn't interfere with breathability, which makes it perfect for adverse conditions in the backcountry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best baby bunting ever! Best feature is easy in/out for wiggly, impatient toddler. Cuffed hand/feet keep the whole body toasty warm. Hood is perfect fit and eliminates need for added hat. If you're into having kids outside, this is a must-have for toddlers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light, warm bunting My 22 month old is wearing the 12-18 month old bunting. Needless to say, it runs large with more room for growth! If you plan to pull he cuffs over on the feet, perhaps you will buy the size that corresponds to your child’s age, even then, there is room for growth too. The bunting is lightweight and flexible. My son’s gross motor skills are amazing and it’s nice that this bunting is NOT stiff or restricting. He can run, roll, tumble, slide, generally, all of the above! Even though it’s lightweight, it’s warm. I’ve personally never had a duck down coat, but my son will kick and scream when it’s time to go indoors, so it’s testimony that not only is he able to play well and comfortably, he also doesn’t feel the freezing cold temperature, even in the 20 degree mark. It’s a great coat and while I was a little annoyed by having to purchase, and return to find out his corresponding size was gigantic (no exaggeration), the end product was great and my little tot was comfortably warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft, cushy, warm. It's very soft inside. Hands and feet can be covered by the flaps. Or they can be left opened. Bought the bunting suit on line and it here in few days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Bunting I bought this for my 11 month old and am glad I did. It’s very warm and looks great. Easy to put on and take off! It does run large as many others have said

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great quality but HORRIBLE SIZING The suit is wonderful and the pink color is spot on to the pics but the sizing is totally off. Had to return twice and is still insanely big. Baby is in 96 percentile for height and 90th for weight and the 12 - 18 month is large enough to fit a 3 year old, we tried it one. It was so large I assumed it was mislabel at the factory. The 6-12 month is still large but we may get 2 winters out of it. I love the quality but am disappointed with Patagonia for the terrible sizing. Check out heir site and read more reviews if you think this one is too harsh. Others went through the same issue. Thanks Moosejaw did the ease in exchanging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent This is an excellent bunting. Patagonia never disappoints. The color is vibrant too! The only thing you should know is that this specific bunting runs very large. My one year old is in 18 month to 2T bottoms and with this, I could have easily purchased the 6-12 month and still have room. I purchased the 12-18 month and am debating on returning for the 6-12 month. Moosejaw shipping is fantastic! I purchased on a Saturday and had my package at my door the following Wednesday! Plus the perks of 10% back in Moosejaw Rewards... I ended up with a total of $20.00 and applied that to a pair of gloves. How awesome is that?!

What do you use to keep an infants feet warm - this looks lile the legs are open.

Asked by: Mary Beth
That's a great question! There is an opening at the bottom, so it does not cover the feet. Most people pair this bunting with the Patagonia Baby Synchilla Booties. I included a link below. I hope this helps! https://www.moosejaw.com/moosejaw/shop/product_Patagonia-Baby-Synchilla-Booties_10343846_10208_10000001_-1_
