Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's a belt, and it keeps your pants up! Nothing too technical about it, but it's a good belt. The buckle is small and relatively low profile. I would way the webbing they use is "medium sized," could maybe be a bit thicker depending on your preference, but certainly not any smaller. Overall, it's pretty bomber, would expect this to work for years to come!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great belt, but... I love the belt, seems wonderful, but as a larger guy, I can't wear it. I normally wear a size 38/40 pant and this belt simply doesn't fit around me. Nothing against anyone here, but I do wish they had published the sizing of it somewhere so I would have known before purchasing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great belt! Quality materials I've owned quite a few belts, this one is my absolute favorite. Great friction and awesome materials

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great belt for hikes I bought this belt as an all purpose belt for outdoor adventures and it's worked great so far. It's longer than it needs be (I'm a size 4 womens) but it can be cut fairly easily. It stays secure which was my biggest concern so overall I'm a very happy Patagonia-belt-owner!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Keeps my pants up I bought this to wear under a climbing harness, as my normal belt was too bulky and my pants won't stay up without it. The belt is low profile and uses a traditional webbing buckle. It stays tight without having to double back, but that is always a bombproof option. Can but used as a strap if needed in emergencies. My only gripe is that its a bit expensive for what it is, but what do you expect from Patagucci? reasonable compared to other name brand webbing belts, and more bomber than the cheaper ones...
