When will I get my stuff?

Rated 1 out of 5 by OC Hiker from Missing Cap Sleeves! My shirt was just delivered and to my dismay it is truly sleeveless. The cap sleeves shown in the photos are completely missing. I purchased this style specifically to have the extra protection at the top and back of my shoulders. The problem lies with Outdoor Research, not Moosejaw. The OR website has the same photos, cap sleeve design claim and style number that Moosejaw delivered to me. Don't order this shirt if you want cap sleeves! It's going back straight-away.

HOW to MEASURE
Chest / Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest point, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm Length: With the arm slightly bent, measure from the center back neck bone, over the shoulder and to the wrist bone.

Inseam / Pant Length: From a standing position, measure from your crotch to your ankle.

FIT GUIDE
Trim Fit: Close-cut that moves with the wearer.
