Rated 5 out of 5 by from Performant insulation for big pursuits This is a well-fitting, performant, and packable layer for those looking to get into the mountains. I take it with me on climbing trips, on backcountry skiing days during transitions, and even backpacking. I live in the PNW, so the synthetic hoody, hem, and cuffs, as well as the 70% down and 30% synthetic hybrid insulation in the core ensure Iメm warm, even when wet. Itメs not as warm as an 800-fill jacket thatメs equally as puffy, but I have found it to hold in warmth better than any other 650 fill Iメve owned (and we donメt always need 800+-fill anyway). Iメve found the fit to be great: a good length and roomy enough for layers but still cut in a flattering way. The hood fits over my ski helmet as well, keeping cold off my neck! I also love the fleecy, large pockets and the inside モshove itヤ pockets. Makes it easy to toss in a pair of gloves or my rock shoes to keep them warm while belaying. This jacket is a good value compared to its competitors. And with the infinity guarantee that some others donメt have, why wouldnメt you try it?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this puffy The attention to detail is amazing with this wonderful insulating puffy. It has pertex & primaloft material to resist weather in the sleeves, shoulders, hood & waist. While the core is comfy cozy down filled to keep you toasty in the elements. The pockets are awesome! The inner pockets are deep & big enough for my fat skins or gloves. There is an inner stash pocket with a zipper for important items. The chest zip pocket is great for my go to items, and it has a mesh separator sub pocket to put the small important items (key, id, etc). Of course, the outer hand pockets are handy. A very thoughtful piece that I wear everyday this winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It I wore this jacket ice climbing last weekend and today, in the blizzard in NYC. Both times I was super happy with this amazing jacket. It's soft and really warm and a great color (the blues). I'm 5'5, 118lbs and the small fits me quite well; even when I layered up for ice climbing and had another OR jacket underneath (it was snug but still comfortable for added warmth). It's not bulky and has five pockets and an adjustable hood. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and cozy I wore my Diode jacket for frosty and windy conditions in Maine. It's incredibly soft and warm, and packs flat. Great fit and the color is awesome! I love the pockets, especially the inside ones. I looked at so many jackets before I purchased this one. I'm 5'9 and the longer length in the back kept me free from draughts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not the warmest, but not too bulky either I just got this jacket and haven't taken it out to do anything too technical yet. It seems to be made well, although the thin fabric doesn't seem to be super durable. It's lightweight and definitely not as warm as a puffy down jacket. It looks and fits nicely, but I'm not sure how well it can handle alpine environments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light and Warm I bought this jacket a month ago. I purchased it for casual wear in the PNW. It's very light, but also very warm and seems thoughtfully constructed. Pockets are deep and well-placed, hood is large and it's not bulky. I'm a big fan.
