Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Lightweight Jacket Purchased for "cold" south Alabama winter. Used it in low 40's and high 30's. Front material blocks wind while back panel aids moisture/heat management. Works very well. Dries quickly. Extremely light weight. Quality appears top notch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Built, Great Visability Got this jkt for visibility while walking at night and in woods during hunting season. It's a nylon shell but big enough to wear over fleece. Great for cycling/running too. Lots of visibility! Well built.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hands down best running jacket ever I've been running for about a decade and have tried many jackets from many companies. The OR Boost puts together every feature I require for a versatile, functional piece. Lightweight, breathable, and comfortable. I'm amazed how much this thing repels water and is still the most breathable jacket I've ever used. My only quibble is that I wish there wasn't a pocket on the chest and on the back panel. I realize I'm probably in the minority and that most people will like having more than one pocket. But I try to carry as little as possible, so I only need one. Otherwise, perfect jacket in my mind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Very light and moves with you. Definitely not waterproof or wind proof but resists both just enough. I have worn this on runs with a long sleeve shirt, down to about 30F, and it’s been perfect. Without running it would be cold, but while running it keeps you warm without heat buildup. No side pockets, but holds a phone in chest pocket pretty close to your sternum with minimal bounce.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lightweight jacket for fall runners. Great for running, good protection from the chill on frosty mornings. I hardly notice that it's there in terms of weight and movement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light coat for runs. Good coat for the price. I use it on those early morning misty or light rain runs. Super lightweight. I would prefer a bit more form fitting in the torso.

Any lining in this, or single layer nylon?

Asked by: Patr
Hiya Patr, thanks for your question! There is no lining. It is just one layer. Hope this helps!

Measuring Guide & Fit Styles

OUTDOOR RESEARCH MEASURING GUIDE
To get the most accurate measurement, use a flexible measuring tape and use the measuring guide info below.

• CHEST / BUST - measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.

• WAIST - measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.

• HIPS - measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.

• INSEAM - choose a pair of pants that fits you well and is true to size, hitting at the top of the foot. Measure the inseam from crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.

• GLOVES - for the circumference measure around a flat hand at the knuckles, but do NOT include the thumb. For the hand length measure your hand from the base of your palm to the end of your middle finger. Use the larger of the two measurements to select your OR glove size.

• HATS - measure around your head where the headwear would be expected to fit comfortably.

The OR fit styles detailed below are determined by intended usage and sport-specific design. All OR outerwear and apparel is categorized into one of these fit styles. You can find more info about the fit of a style in the product FEATURES or SPECIFICATIONS.

• TRIM FIT - close-cut apparel that moves with the wearer.

• STANDARD FIT - a looser fit for comfort in both technical and casual apparel.

• RELAXED FIT - baggy-cut layers designed for the wearer to move within.
