Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm, Comfortable, and extremely versatile I bought this vest as a top layer for my trip to the Grand Canyon in November, we were doing Rim to River to Rim. We hit the trail head at 6:00 am and it was brutally cold, must have been a good 10 degrees with a vicious wind. All I had was a very light thermal, a half zip, and this vest on. No hat, no gloves. I was still comfortably warm as we trudged through pitch black and cold. After the sun came up and I started to get hot, this vest rolled up easily and took up barely any room in bag. Absolutely love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT VEST! I looked over many vest options and settled on this one. So far I like that it looks and fits well and comes in nice color options. It's warm but not so bulky you can't put another jacket on over the vest, and packs up very small if you are not using it. I would buy this product again. It did take about 10 days for this product to ship out from Moose Jaw, and then fedex got it to Nome,AK in 3 days which is good up here!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not very warm I read the other great reviews and thought this would be a great down vest to replace the 700 fill one I bought 10 years ago (which now has a broken zipper). With 650 fill, I thought it would be close to the other, but it feels like it has very little down in it. Nice and puffy in the photo, very flimsy in reality. I will be returning it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features in a Reasonably Priced Vest I searched for several weeks to find a vest that met my needs as well as my wallet and I finally settled on the Mountain Hardwear - Mountain Hardwear Men's Ratio Down Vest. Can't say enough about the quality, the warmth and the overall finish of this vest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and light I recently moved from Florida to the Pacific Northwest. This vest is helping deal with the big change. Instead of a bulky jacket I can wear this under a light jacket or just over a fleece and be warm but at the same time be able to move

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent weight, not too bulky and very warm! Husband loves this! He wears it almost daily and is out in the elements frequently bc he's a construction company owner. He's worn it in 10degree weather with a just a thermal shirt and fleece zip up and has been very comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks and feels great! Love the drawstring at the bottom for option of tight or not tight. Also like the elastic like reinforcement around the arms. Would like a little more length in the torso but otherwise really satisfied with fit and feel.
