Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Tent! I have only had it for a month or so, but set-up is super simple - it's warm and it is pretty roomy for a one-person tent (I can sit up in it and store some gear inside without feeling too crowded). So far I like it alot!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bigger on the inside Awesome solo tent. First night in the back country it was baptized by a nice South Carolina deluge and my gear and myself made it through bone dry. Plenty of room to move around on the inside and it has the usual doodads for gear and lights on the inside. The only issue is that the rainfly fits a little odd but this could totally be user error. Oh yeah and setup is idiot proof (I did it so can you) everything is color coded so you set it up right the first time (tent, fly, footprint, tent polls). Oh yeah and way to go Marmot for including a footprint with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality Value I looked for quite some time for a freestanding, minimal impact, one person tent for the trail and I'm glad I finally settled on this one. Used it on several week/month long expeditions around Montana leading a trail crew and it served me well. It packs a little larger than I'd like but I'd stow the poles on the outside of my pack which eliminated the issue. The tent even held up well in 50mph winds during a hitch in South Dakota, no bent poles... but even utilizing all the guy lines didn't stop the side wall from pushing in on me. I'm 5'8 and 150lbs and although the tent is small, I had enough room to move around / get dressed et al. but if you want a spaceous tent for base-camp or are a bigger guy/gal this tent may not be fore you. Also, while the vestibule worked fine for me it could be an issue for those with larger packs or lots of gear. Overall, I would most certainly recommend this tent to anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money but still wants a quality tent. I plan to use it on many more adventures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pack size & weight I took this to Philmont with our Boy Scout Troop and spent 12 night in a row in it. It packed up nicely and set up/take down was a breeze. I'm a bigger guy, 6' 1" 230# and this was just a tad too narrow for me, mostly because I toss and turn at night. Other than that, this was great on the trip. I now use it on all outings. We have a week long cross state bike ride scheduled, this tent will work nicely on that trip as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading Packed Size Information There is no way that the packed size is 18 x 6. It's actually closet to 22 x 6. That's a 6" difference! It will not fit in my bag so I will be returning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good deal Great balance of features for the price. This tent packs up nicely for day hikes. There is enough space inside for comfort and keeping your gear out of the elements
