The Marmot Men's Leadville Jacket is a Gore WINDSTOPPER® softshell for mild weather days of climbing, hiking, and skiing. The Leadville can get you through multiple athletic activities comfortably by allowing your upper half to breathe and wicking sweat away. The lightweight fabric won’t weigh you down and an athletic fit will stay out of the way of your gear. The hand pockets and single chest pocket are all zippered so you won’t lose your glove liners along the way. The jacket blocks a spring wind like a champ and deflects a light rain on those questionable days.

Products on Sale are Discontinued Styles or Colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect. Comfortable, Stylish, Weather Protector I bought the light blue a couple of months ago and was immediately pleased with the color. I purchased a medium, and am 6'1" with decently long arms, about 160 pounds (so quite skinny with narrow shoulders) and I love the way the jacket fits. There was a lot of thought into the design of the fit as well as the functional aspects (zippers), breathable panels on the sides, and a fleece lined neck when zipped up feels great. The arms are plenty long, almost too long, which is fine by me since most are too short. This jacket is a little thinner than I was hoping given the winters here in New Hampshire, so I would recommend this jacket to anyone realizing there's not much insulation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great do-it all softshell for more aerobic activities, a killer value I love this jacket! I use it for more aerobic activities, such as xc skiing, snowshoeing, cold weather running, spring skiing, and it works great for these activities. For truly crap weather, I use my OR Mithril, but for everything short of howling winds/rain/snow, the Leadville comes with me. It blocks plenty of wind, layers well, is stretchy, and dumps heat like nobody's business. It is also very durable, I have had mine for over 4 years now, and looks like it will keep on kickin' butt for years to come. With performance and durability this good, I would expect it to cost at least $50 more. My only gripe is that the zipper pulls are a little small to operate with gloves on, which Marmot may have fixed since I bought mine in spring of 2010. I'm 6'2, 175 pounds and the large fits great, just enough room for a baselayer and a superlight midlayer, and slips easily under a shell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good jacket for light, crisp days The Marmot Leadville Jacket is a reliable go-to for crisp Fall or Spring days. It's water repellent outer layer does well in a drizzle but I haven't tested it yet in a downpour. It's actually thinner than I thought it'd be - basically it's a windbreaker with no installation via fleece or heavier-type material. The wicking back does well to regulate your inner temperature, but I need to stress that this is simply a lighter-type jacket to be used for a very small 'window' throughout the year. I was hoping it'd be thicker, as the jacket, materials, features and overall look are what I wanted - which ultimately made me keep it. The pockets are great. The look is fitted for an athletic look. I'm 6 foot tall and 160 lbs and I bought a Medium... it fits good. The sleeves are a little long but cover your cold hands on those chilly days.
