The MSR Women's Revo Ascent Snowshoes are a low-profile shoe for narrower strides. The Revo Ascent is all about strength and durability so you can reach your next point without worry of damage. Complete with MSR's most secure bindings, the PosiLock™ AT, they wrap your foot with a total of four straps and won't let go. The three top straps and single heel strap are freeze-resistant and field repairable in a jiffy so you can continue on through uncharted territory all the way up the mountain. The reliable ExoTract™ deck combines external traction teeth with injection-molded plastic that won't back down. The finishing touch to really make those upward battles a joy are the Ergo™ Televator heel-lifts, putting less strain on your calves so you can propel yourself on towards your destination.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Durable, comfortable I rented a few different types of snowshoes before settling on buying these. My BF and I got the women's and men's versions for Christmas and had an awesome time using them this winter from flat treks around ponds to hiking up and down peaks in the Adirondacks. ,,,,Going uphill the televators make a huge difference on your calf strain and going downhill we slid on the fins which was super fun. In extreme cold the straps can be stiff and more difficult to clip into place, I've had mine pop out once but in general they've stayed put for 7-8 miles on a hike.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from If it weren't for the straps These snowshoes have great traction. The straps were a little difficult getting on. I am hoping they were just formed a certain way on the shelf and the will stay connected but they came loose a couple of times when on the trail. They also make a flopping noise compared to my husbands MSR shoes and I was surprised about that. In the end, I'd opt for MSR that have different straps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great snowshoes! I owned several pairs of the Denali ascent and was sad to see them go.. bought these and have been happily snowshoeing through deep snow and treacherous steep slopes and have not one single complaint! Sturdy, easy to put on and off and excellent flotation. The heel lift is your best friend on a steep incline! So far very happy with these snowshoes
