If the product name has the word "pair" in it, that means it comes with TWO trekking poles. If the product name says "single" or has options to select a size, it means that particular style only comes with ONE trekking pole. Sorry to be so confusing. Please don't hate me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bang for the buck! For the price -point, it would be difficult to do better. These are my second set of the same poles (the first set was stolen), but I loved them so much I didn't even hesitate to buy the same again. Have had poles collapse on me during heavy use, but the adjustments on these are tight and perfect and it was never an issue. And the cork grips are comfortable even on long, hot hikes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I expected Do not have any expiriance with other poles. I know this is not carbon ones, but still they are unexpectedly havy for me. Also I was unable to tight the joins completely and I hear a rattle when trying using poles. The handle seems comfortable. But anyway returning them

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased Work great.I increased my daily mileage on my hike and wasn't as tired, figure that one out...Helped me balance and keep my feet dry with stream crossings. The cork handle are a must. Adding these to my packing on my AP thru hike for next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality poles at a common-man price I've put probably 70+ miles on these things, and they are great! They are especially good when it comes to hiking over rocks or on rocky surfaces. Here's a review I did of them recently https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iiVb4HZUIQw

Is it comfortable to use this poles for women with small hands?

Asked by: maret
Hey Maret! That's a great question. I have small hands myself, being a puppet and all, and I think they're pretty darn comfy. One of my lady coworkers who has small hands agrees with me. Once you order these and they're delivered, just try them out indoors for a bit. As long as you haven't used 'em outside we should be able to take them back for a refund or exchange. Do these poles fold down for packing? If so how long are they when folded down?

Asked by: Michelle
Hey Michelle, thanks for the question! These poles are adjustable in length, not by folding but by sliding one section into the next. The smallest these can be adjusted to for travel or packing is 27 in. / 69 cm. I hope this helps!
