HOW to MEASURE
TORSO: Find where the shoulder meet the neck. Trace your hand to the center to the center of the neck until you find a bony bump. This is the top of the torso. Locate the bottom of the torso by placing your hands on your hips and finding where your thumbs point across. Measure the distance between the top and bottom
HIP BELT: Measure the circumference at your hip points with a flexible tape measure.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape parallel to the floor.
