Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super useful! I bought this to store in my car as a back up light. I have used it on so many occasions just in the last month. It’s been perfect for camping trying to find that perfect spot to place your tent. The flood lamp has been amazing and is super bright for when I need to look under the hood of my car. The feature of being able to use the spot and flood light at the same time has been handy. Plus being able to recharge in the sun makes it so easy and worry free. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect for all sorts of things I love it. I take my dog out at nite and there are no street lights here. I can see all the way down the street. I even flashed it in our woods and saw deer. My husband uses it for all sorts of work he does around the house. It's great for taking on trips too. Great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Value I have had a few similar products from other companies. The Torch 250 by far is better quality and includes 3 ways to charge: solar, via USB, and hand crank. Light brightness of flashlight and floodlight is very robust. Excellent value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Earthquake Kit This is a perfect addition, to our earthquake kit. Multi functionality suits to a tee. The light produced in both modes, is better than expected. Paired with a Nomad, you will always have light as needed. Plus being able to power up a phone, is a bonus

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yeah, good but with reservations I used this for the first time last weekend and love all the features. It took me a while to figure out the buttons to push for what. I'm older and I need a lot of light at night. All in all, it provided that and it was a good first experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One great light I do a lot of off road motorcycle camping so weight and function are important to me. This light does it all and it does it well. Buy it you wont be disappointed, as with all Goal Zero products this is a winner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Flashlight Ordered flashlight after Hurricane Irma. Wanted something that would give off a lot of light and would not have to worry about having batteries on hand. This product does both and then some. Very well made.

Is it correct to assume this is not waterproof? Also, is the attached usb charging cable replaceable if the cord fails?

Asked by: Will
Hey there, Thanks for reaching out to Moosejaw! The Goal Zero Torch 250 power hub is weather proof, but not water proof. There are open ports that if water is to get in them, it will ruin them. The attached USB charging cable is integrated, but USB extension cables can be used at the open port for charging your electronics.
