The Arc'teryx Women's Atom LT Jacket is a mid-layer jacket for cold weather hiking, climbing, and skiing. The Atom LT has been packed with 60 grams of Coreloft insulation, a hydrophobic, synthetic material that resists moisture. The LT stands for lightweight, and coupled with a hip length and trim fit it cuts down on bulk without sacrificing warmth or performance. Stretchy side panels courtesy of Polartec Power Stretch gives the jacket extra movement as well as breathability so you can stay comfortable on the trail and mountain all day long. The outer fabric resists abrasion as well as provides weather resistance due to the durable water repellent finish. The internal pocket zips shut to secure a headlamp inside so the batteries won't get cold, and the hand pockets zip as well to hang onto a second set of glove liners. The Atom can also function as a stand alone and won't say no to a chilly afternoon in town after a hard morning on the slopes.

Products on Sale are Discontinued Styles or Colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love - fill and outer material is unreal I have friends who have this jacket or the AR version - had to get one! Love the feel of the material. I'm usually an XS in tops and size 0 on pants. Only issue I have with all arc'teryx jackets is I never feel they give enough chest size. I'm 34C in top and I often try both small and xs because it fits a bit tight in chest - small is too bulky in rest of fit, though, so I've always stayed with the XS. That being said, I adore this jacket, it's great under my Beta LT jacket for winter days, the cuffs on the sleeves have details in them that are great for layering and wrist mobility, and the pockets have a soft, warm liner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cold with some unexpected rain I really love this jacket. I tried it on in medium and large, and chose large for a less fitted more layerable jacket (I'm 5'6" 150lb.) Today this jacket delivered. It was in the 50s in SF and unexpected rain hit this evening. The jacket kept me warm with a little moisture in the arms through a twenty minute bike ride in mist (it isn't waterproof of course! but it worked in a pinch). I stopped over at a friend's place and hung it up for twenty minutes and BOOM it was dry, ready to go back out for my cycle home. A proper rain was falling and it kept me warm again and mostly dry for the ride home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this Jacket! I bought this jacket because I love my Atom Hoodie to bits but sometimes the hood is a bit too much to deal with when layering with my shell. Layering with this piece is amazing, it's great on it's own, with a fleece, or a shell when it gets really nasty out. I love how warm it is for how light it is. Please never stop making these jackets!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best jacket for athletic types I love this jacket. My husband got one and he loves his so much he got me one for Christmas. I use it as a stand alone lightweight jacket and as a mid layer for skiing in cold temperatures. It moves with you like no other. Love the inside pocket for skiing too. Wish that the ladies model had the stylish color accents that the men's model does. The men's is much better looking IMHO . Fits well too - a big deal for thinner women in the US who cannot find clothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! I was a bit reluctant at first because this jacket is rather plain to look at. However, this jacket is incredibly light and yet extremely warm and breathes really well. You cannot really tell you are wearing it! I have never had an article of clothing quite like this. I have worn it running in cold temps (-20C) and am looking forward to using in under my goretex shell for cold skiing days!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cozy, Comfortable Jacket That's Great For Everything! I accidentally ordered the jacket instead of the hoody and though I was super bummed in the beginning, I'm glad I made the mistake (I have a million hoodies anyways!). This jacket is perfect - it's super light and warm and would be a perfect layering piece under a ski jacket. I bought the jacket late in the ski season though and only wore it as a casual jacket to work and a couple times hiking about. It is water resistant but not waterproof - water beads up on the surface and you can just brush it off! I definitely wouldn't wear this for extended periods in the rain though. I ordered a size Medium Black and it fits perfectly. The stretchy side panels make the jacket look flattering and you can move about with ease. I've convinced my dad to buy the men's version and he loves it as well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this jacket! This is a high quality, very beautiful jacket! I am usually a size medium but sized up on this one so I could layer, and yes, this is true to size. I have worn it at around 20-40 degree temp, it is good enough to keep you warm but not warm enough in below zero degree temp. But with a good outer shell, it will be perfect! This is a nice jacket to go do outdoor activities with! Very high quality and amazing! Plus, this is available in so many cool colors! I will definitely buy more!

TRIM FIT: These trim fitting garments share motion-friendly traits with an Arc'teryx Regular fit style, but are patterned with lower volume for reduced bulk. The Arc'teryx trim fit is sized for a base layer and a trim synthetic or down filled mid-layer.

REGULAR FIT: This is the "Arc'teryx Standard" fit. The complex patterns used utilize anatomical shaping and gussets to enhance motion and eliminate excess bulk. Trimmer than the Relaxed fit with room for a base layer, a light fleece mid-layer and a synthetic or down filled mid-layer.

RELAXED FIT: Relaxed fit garments rely on both articulation and higher volume patterns to provide comfort and mobility. This is a looser fit featuring room for a base layer plus a thick cold weather mid-layer.

EXPEDITION FIT: Expedition fit is suitable for winter / extreme conditions. The larger cut accommodates multiple layers without binding or restricting movement. Their maximum fit with room for a base layer plus multiple, thick cold weather mid-layers.
