At Moosejaw we don't like to take ourselves too seriously, but if there's one thing we do take seriously it's the health of customers and associates.

We have re-opened most of our retail stores for in-store shopping and curbside pickup. We're taking all precautions to keep our customers and employees safe, such as: health screening for employees before each shift, masks and gloves for all employees, plexiglass barriers at checkout, social distancing within the shop and enhanced daily cleaning procedures. To place an order for pickup, simply call your local shop. Head over to our Curbside Pickup page for hours, contact info, and more.

Please know that we still love you and welcome you at Moosejaw.com to get all of the world's greatest outdoor gear. Our friendly customer advocates are available via phone, chat or email if you want some extra help – or just to say hi.

Are you still taking orders?
Yes, our website is online and our customer service team is available to help you with your order.

Are you still shipping orders?
Yes, our fulfillment centers are operating as normal with extra precautions taken for everyone's health and safety. Please be aware that some carriers are experiencing shipment delays, so your order might take a bit longer to get to you.

Can I still send in a return?
You sure can. Visit our returns page to find out how. Please note that our return processing is a little slower during this time. We thank you for your patience.

I was going to return in-store. What should I do?
Online returns are super simple. Check out how to complete them on our returns page. We're also extending our return policy until our shops open back up for orders placed after 3/15/20.

Are you guys still available on chat, email, and phone?
We sure are. The customer service team is working remotely to answer questions, take orders, and compliment your hair.

How are you ensuring the health and safety of your employees?
In our fulfillment and return centers, we are enforcing the CDC's guidelines for social distancing, ramping up cleaning, and making sure handwashing and sanitizing supplies are available for everyone. We've also moved much of our staff to work remotely to keep everyone safe. They miss each other so much.

I was going to attend an in-store event. Will it be rescheduled?
We're definitely working with our partners to reschedule our shop events. Follow us on Facebook to stay up to date. You're invited. Promise.

But, what if I miss you?
We'll miss you too. Stop by and hang out when this is all over.
