Yes, our fulfillment centers are operating as normal with extra precautions taken for everyone's health and safety. Please be aware that some carriers are experiencing shipment delays, so your order might take a bit longer to get to you.

I was going to return in-store. What should I do?
Online returns are super simple. Check out how to complete them on our returns page. We're also extending our return policy until our shops open back up for orders placed after 3/15/20.
Are you guys still available on chat, email, and phone?
We sure are. The customer service team is working remotely to answer questions, take orders, and compliment your hair.
How are you ensuring the health and safety of your employees?
In our fulfillment and return centers, we are enforcing the CDC's guidelines for social distancing, ramping up cleaning, and making sure handwashing and sanitizing supplies are available for everyone. We've also moved much of our staff to work remotely to keep everyone safe. They miss each other so much.
I was going to attend an in-store event. Will it be rescheduled?
