So sorry, but we're suspending the Moosejaw Gear Rental Program.
While we will fill and honor any existing reservations, we will not be taking new reservations. We may look to launch gear rental in a Moosejaw store near you in the future, so BOLO.

Frequently Asked Questions
All returned gear is thoroughly cleaned by our specially trained associates using CDC-recommended commercial cleaning solutions and machines. Each piece is fully inspected by our experts to ensure it is in complete and working order before shipping out.
You can pay for the rental with any major credit card or via Paypal. You can even use Moosejaw Rewards. We do not offer Affirm installment payments for rentals as this time. You will be charged for the full rental amount 10 days before the start of the reservation.
You betcha. Each rental earns 10% back in Moosejaw Rewards that you can use on another future rental or to buy some awesome gear.
You change or cancel your reservation up until 10 days prior to the beginning of the reservation at no penalty and we will still be super nice to you. After 10 days, the rental locks and you will be charged in full.
Your gear will arrive via FedEx by 9pm on the delivery date in your reservation. Sometimes we get excited and ship early to be sure, so don’t be surprised if it shows up 1-2 days early.
We can ship to your home, office, auntie's house, hotel or even a FedEx shipping location.... just no PO boxes. Heads up that only some FedEx locations accept ground shipment packages, including FedEx Office® Print & Ship Center, FedEx World Service Center® or FedEx Office® Ship Center. We suggest you call ahead your FedEx location and confirm before placing your order. We also highly recommend that you ship it some place where someone will be there to receive it.
When you’re having fun, just package the gear back up in the box it came in, slap on the FREE FedEx return shipping label and drop it off at the most convenient FedEx shipping location.
Afraid not… you’ll still be charged the full amount because we have reserved that gear just for you.
You’ll be charged for each day beyond the reservation end date that you are late in shipping the gear. Sorry to be so mean about it, but we really need that gear back for someone else’s adventure.
You are responsible for returning the gear undamaged beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for the cost to replace or repair any lost or damaged gear up to the retail value.
Yes, when you make a reservation you must agree to our Rental Agreement that includes a liability waiver, policies on payments, cancellations and damaged, lost or late gear returns and a bunch of other legal stuff. You can read our rental terms and conditions here.
