When I first started doing heated yoga I fumbled through the class using my regular mat without a towel. Using a yogitoes towel over my mat was a total game changer! Instead of focusing on not slipping, I could focus more on the posture and the experience. It stays in place the entire class without wrikles. A friend recommended I throw it in the wash but avoid the dryer and I totally agree. I have washed mine multiple times and it's still in great shape. After getting one, I quickly purchased two more. Highly recommend! Also, the moosejaw price is significantly lower than the price at the store in my yoga studio. I'm just sayin' :)
