So, you'll need to take a few minutes and measure out the dimensions of your car and figure out where to place em... That's the hardest part. These guys are a no brainer after that. Directions are super simple to follow and the risers are rock solid once installed. I've had creaking noise and wobbles with other rack set-ups, but none here. Great price on these too!
except yakima. well, not better, but just as good. but both are awesome. yet, thule was a better deal. although i didn't shop around. no need to. love the moose. thanks.
Just so please with customer service...the peron I spoke with went out of his way to make me happy. Shipped quickly and without incident. Product exactly what I wanted.
Very sad. I finally figured out how to put all the little plastic and metal pieces together so things would slide on and lock up and then not slide around on the roof of my car. I was down to attaching the last foot and disaster in my mind then...today Minneapolis puts it all in perspective struck. The last foot's threads were out of whack. I could not attach the foot to my car. The little toggles you are supposed to screw in would not go. I tried, my neighbor tried, my husband tried. It was a defective piece of merchandise. I am too tired and a little too sad to fix it all right now. Does this mean I have take it all apart and ship the entire order back to Moosejaw to get a new foot?
