The North Face Women's Triple C Jacket covers the three C's of winter outerwear: Comfort, C-Coziness, hmm.... Crabproof? You got me, I don't know what Triple C means. I do know this, though: this 700-fill down jacket can effortlessly keep you warm in the coldest temperatures. Treated with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish, it can also resist some percipitation. If you still need a little extra warmth, just flip up the hood for extra coverage. It's sure to keep out some crabs too.

"Great warm jacket love the quilting pattern, very slimming"
This northface is a great jacket, I loved everything about it except for the fact that it was soo long, I'm only 5'3 120 lbs & it hit at my shin, my fault I should of checked the measurement first so I had to exchange it for the NF Metropolis Parka that hits at the knee. I have to say the exchange was a breeze I just printed up the free return label dropped it off at a ups drop area can't wait to receive my new parka... Thanks moosejaw:)
So living in Wisconsin, I am not a foreigner to the cold. This jacket is so comfortable and warm. I am 5'6 and weigh approx. 130lb and have an hourglass figure and this thing fits SO well. I got a medium and the bottom of this jacket hits at around the middle of my shin and the sleeves are long enough where my wrists aren't exposed to the cold. This jacket is very light and sleek and the best part of it is that I don't feel like I am a kid wearing 3 jackets with their arms sticking out. I would recommend this jacket for mellow city life, but not for sports like snowboarding or skiing.
